i m writing this after reading albadaya o alnahaya by hafiz ibn e katheer .. who is also the writer of ummul tafaseer i.e tafseer ibn e katheer ...

lekin hum tamam muslmano k liye rahmat ki dua kartay hain aur yazeed bhi muslmano main se aik hai ....
waisay bhi jo hona tha woh to ho chuka hum uss ko history main ja kar change nahi kar saktay
jo iss waqt ho raha hai ap uss par emphasize karain
jo crusade muslims k against start ho chuki hai uss main apna role play karain coz crusaders ne ap per attack kartay hue yeh nahi dekhna k ap shia ho ya sunni ho
woh ap ko muslims k naam se jantay hain aur shia sunni main ap ko divide kar k aapas main larwana chahtay hain ....
ub dekhtay hain k ap un shaitano k jhansay main aatay ho ya nahi ....
I often watch Dr Zakir's talk specially dare to ask and arguments. He has thorough knowledge. Muslims should have knowledge like him. It is duty of every muslim to know atleast the basics of islam. The plate is ready, we need to just hold it and try to digest it with the help of Ulmaas. We usually effort from dawn to dusk for the improvement of our status but we don't ponder over mazhab islam seriously.
I request to all muslims to atleast spare 1/2 hr to learn quran and basics of islam and take advice from Mufties and Ulmaas. May ALLAH show us right path, the path of Muhammad Sallallaho alai hay wasalam, ameen.

allah subhan tala has given extra ordenery memory to dr zakir nayak to introduce islam to all world and defend islam and its beleaves which is not been discussed publically the debaits of dr zakir nayak are understandable and meaningfull for all the releagions
For your kind information I have gone through all the books that I will ever need and please do read the book you mentioned al Bidaya wa al Nihaya in its entirety.
Quoting from al Bidaya wa al Nihaya Volume 8 page 235:
"When Ibn Ziyad killed Husayn and his companions and sent their heads to Yazeed, he [Yazeed] became happy at the death of Husayn which is why the position of Ibn Ziyad was elevated, but this happiness was only short lived".
and the portion you read is this
the situation reached a point of embarrassment for Yazeed and he said 'Curse be upon Ibn Murjan [Ibn Ziyad] he pained Husayn, made him desperate. Husayn had asked to be allowed to roam freely wherever to see me, or go to the frontier - but Ibn Ziyad rejected this. He [Ibn Ziyad] killed him and has now due to this Muslim shall bear enmity towards me, now every person, good and bad shall bear hatred in their hearts towards me, people shall be shocked at my killing Husayn. I have nothing to do with Murjan's son? May Allah (swt) destroy him and reap destruction upon him'."

Ibn Katheer further commented as follows:
"Verily Yazeed cursed Ibn Ziyad for his actions and spoke ill of him, since the truth had dawned on him, that when the matter came out what would happen to him? But, neither did Yazeed punish Ibn Ziyad for his filthy act, nor did he say anything to him after, neither did he tell people to learn from this lesson, via retelling and condemning the episode".

Ibn Kathir himself writes in al Bidayah Volume 8 page 1169 "Dhikr Yazeed bin Muawiyah":
"Traditions inform us that Yazeed loved worldly vices, would drink, listen to music, kept the company of boys with no facial hair [civil expression for paedophilia with boys, a form of homosexuality], played drums, kept dogs [civil expression for bestiality], making frogs, bears and monkeys fight. Every morning he used be intoxicated and use to bind monkey with the saddle of a horse and make the horse run�".
Some of the other great acts of your revered yazeed (May Allahs curse be on him)
Al Bidayah Wal Nihayah (Urdu), Vol 8 Page 1147:
"Rasulullah (s) said whoever perpetuated injustice and frightened the residents of Medina, the curse (la'nat) of Allah (swt), His Angels and all people is on such a person"
Ibn Katheer in Al Bidayah Wal Nihayah (Urdu), Vol 8 Page 1146. The events of 63 Hijri, stated:
"Yazeed committed a major sin by ordering Muslim bin Utbah to make Medina Mubah for three days. This was a most horrible mistake. Many Sahaba and their children were slaughtered. We have already mentioned that he had Ubaidullah Ibn Ziyad kill the grandson of Rasulullah (s) Husayn and his companions and in those three days numerous heinous acts happened in Madina about which nobody knows except Allah. Yazeed wanted to secure his governance but Allah did against his wishes and punished him. Verily Allah killed him likewise Allah made grip over the oppressor's towns, no doubt His grip is painful and strict".
Allamah Jalaluddin Suyuti writes in Tareekh ul Khulafa:
"Waqidi has narrated from Abdullah bin Hinzala al Ghaseel: 'We prepared to attack Yazeed at the time when we were sure that stones would come from sky because people were doing Nikah with their mothers, sisters and daughters. They were drinking alcohol and have left prayers'."
IF YOU WANT TO KNOW SOME MORE QUALITIES OF YAZEED THEN LET ME KNOW , You had the audacity to compare such a low life scum as yazeed with the Grandson of the HolyProphet SAW.
