empinski Hotels has been awarded the management contract for a new five star luxury hotel on Jeddah Cornish overlooking the Red Sea shores. The first property for the group in Saudi Arabia, Kempinski Hotel Jeddah is expected to open in winter 2012.
Designed to be the first green intelligent hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the 240 meter high tower will boast 321 keys out of which 250 will be luxury guest rooms and suites, while the rest will be serviced apartments spread over its 56 floors.
