first priority should be the Independent Judiciary.Meaning the one,s they are capable & eligible to do justice across the board(No bandar bhaant).Good leaders doesn,t grow on tree,we as a nation have to differentiate between them.We should not give a chance to those which we already tried & proved themself wrong. There is one easy way to confirm their commitments towards nation. They should be asked(By the nation or independent Judiciary)firstly to declare their real essets, those they have invested or have essets in foreign countries should not be allow as a political leader because how he can bring the possitive change in Pakistan where as he is investing out side Pakistan(its ambigious),secondly he should live at the middle standard level of the masses.God help those, who help themselves. We as a masses are also responsible to chose or elect leaders above our personal interests & political affiliations. Our first priority should be Pakistan & its Masses. How dare the people like Zardari,Sharifs,Musharafs,Shaukat Aziz,Chowdris etc can betray, cheating us,making fools of us or taking us for a ride.it is also because of us,if we are corrrect Muslims, not verbally practically than Allah will not let us down & will reward us with better Rullers & leaders. How as a nation we can accept leaders that they in front of our eyes along with their entire families lives & enjoy the extra-Vagant luxurious life, where as my nation or big segment of our masses are deprived of their basic necessaties.Rasool allah (SAW) Hadith"Momin AIK SORAGH SE AIK MARTABA DASA JATHA HE".May be we are no more Momins therefore we are time & again cheated & stung by the same corrupt people. We should resolve & than determined ourselves not to give any chance to these hypocrates(Munafiqs),we shouldn,t be any more deci eved by these peole with two faces, they built their palaces on the dead bodies of our poor masses.

We hate to be bearers of sad news but our leaders have delivered us another May 12. Last time it was MQM who on Musharraf's orders had over 50 innocent people killed in Karachi. This time it is the PPP who has lost all morals and is dancing to the tunes of Musharraf. Instead of restoring the judges and trying to work for the people. Zardari toasts a whiskey with Altaf Hussain at the barsi of all these martyrs and declares himself a brother in arm of Altaf Hussain.

Let us take a few moments to remember the sacrifices these martyrs made for the independence of judiciary and rule of law in Pakistan. Please do remember them in your prayers, at least today. May those responsible for this be brought to justice and given punishment according to the constitution. We, as always, will fight for rule of law till our last breaths, just as these heroes did.

We also hope that the wrath of God does not fall on the PPP and Zardari for not taking up the struggle of the rule of law that these people gave their lives for. Let's hope Mohtarma Shaheed is able to face these people when they ask her why she negotiated a deal with the person responsible for their deaths.

Attached are pictures of the carnage of May 12th and image of Musharraf from the very same day where he celebrated the "takat ka muzahira" in Karachi.

We need to have credibility and integrity as a nation. The foundation of a nation is in a constitution and an impartial judiciary that upholds it.

Electricity Reply with quote
All the claims by the Govt. about the so called development look bogus when there is no electricity to run the industry. On top of that we don't have water (again thanks to our Govt. for not raising the water issue with INDIA who has started 52 dam projects) which was once our main source of hydro power.

Provide justice(INSAAF) Reply with quote
If governament will not provide justice to a common man, the distrbance in the society will neve been finished. If you will hang a murderer and culprits will be jailed and any kind of pressure should not been accepted. It could be stated that the country is running under the rule and ragulation

Priority and the Judiciary Syndrome. Reply with quote
Well its quite simple:
[[{{(( Law n Order;Drinking Water; Fuel cost; Power Generation; Cost unstability of essentials; Transport; Education))}}}}- MINUS the ballance. ELCLOSED IN SECURED FORTRESS OF STRONG BRACKETS ALL HAVING THE SAME PRIORITY. SORRY the ballance is purely game of politics that backfired; a ADMINSTRATIVE Syndrome that has no space withen the brackets of PRIORITES.
Let's not waste time, be practical and work practical,The AWAM SHOULD COME FORWARD AND APMI MADAD AAP KAREIN, BE HONEST AND WORK SINCERELY AT THE FACTORY, IN THE FIELD, IN THE OFFICE INCREASE YOUR OWN OUT PUT. Where does the goverment get the money its all the AWAM the tax payer that return for wise utilisation aimed at serving the nation. The demand of any goverment to give awami welfare budget with a rapidly collapsing economy is only inviting misery for ourselves.
Give an oppurtunity to the awami ellected repersentatives , give them some peace of mind, and trust them for whatever they are doing Insha ALLAH will be best for the Judiciary.
They have a very difficult task and challenges internal and external, we can bear everything but how do we watch our children , brothers and sisters die of hunger and thirst, RAMADAN is round the corner may GOD have mercy on us.
ONE FACT I AM CLEAR IN MIND, AND AM SURE PPP LEADERS are foreseeing the same, in case the Judiciary is returned to ofice wthout any harness, will lead to an era of revenge and killing on personnel enimity; ultimatelly leading to a new Martial LAW and still more killings as the Independant seeking BLA, the Sindhu Desh Internal and External activists and the Pakhtoonkha, not to mention the Talibaans will come forward in open revolt......SHATTERING THE DREAMS OF OUR IQBAL...TU shaheen hai tera basera asmaan ki choti per... sorry correct me if I am wrong. PAKISTAN HAS COME TO STAY.
ALLAH ham sab ka negahbaan.....ALLAH HAFIZ.

I truly beleive that Without strong judiciary we wont be achieving the positive result. Living abroad what I have oserved is that you have got right, no one can take away your rights as you know you can get it back. this is only possible by strong judiciary as ppl are abide by that.
