An independent judiciary is need of the hour as without independent judiciary no one can have justice and corrupt people will never be penalised.Independent judiciary can help in solving lot of our problems. After independence of Judiciary most of our problems will be solved then we need quality cheap education. There are enegy, pricehike and food crisis whch should be also solved to save poor people of Pakistan.

Goverments Priority 'THE JUDICIARY Syndrome' Reply with quote
Pahley pait phir puja, related: Eliminate any that comes in the way of Economic growth. Judiciary restoration ok, Howevr the parishani is not independant judiciary but the return of an individual------an individual tricked into a political centrefield player.
GENTLEMAN HOW DOES THE AWAM CRAVE FOR A CHIEF OF JUDICIARY WHO HAS PUBLICALLY EXPOSED HIS ALLIANCE TO A PARTICULAR PARTY,AND THE PARTY CHIEF PROUDLY ANNOUNCES THAT THEIR IS ONLY ONE AGENDA FOR HIM, DOSENT THIS RING A BELL,IS THIS THE VOICE OF THE AWAM, DEFINITLY NO.
Judiciary in any democratic goverment is the TOP seat to impart justice to one and all, but in Pakistan the priminster requests the president to pardon a terrorist who has already completed life term jail, WHY does he not ask for the accountability of the court that sentenced this man now propagted to be innocent. This is my country where our chosen leaders decide the fate of the nation sitting in tourist resorts and out of the country making declarations, reinstate judiciary CHIEF because only he has the ALLADINS chiragh the jin will bring aata, and hunger suicides and sale signs from babies neck shall vanish.
At the moment the priority is to secure UNITY of the provinces, and can come natural only with a strong economy. Sentiments have no place in emptystomachs, please we are wasting extremely crucial time, food storage on goverment level, issue of essentals to each individual rich or poor through ration cards, siezure of smugling, research to increase production, control/ support for the kissans what they should grow. Brothers the world is in for qahatsaali, natural calamity or a new strategy against the third world.
FOR THE CHIEF JUSTICE-- now in office or suspended, the nation needs them they are the assets of the country, but either of them being now exposed to political game players, cannot be trusted to hold the scale of justice in ballance.
They should be given the elevated positions of ambassadors, in major influencial camps like USA, and Russia......Thankyou for bearing with me...PAKISTAN HAS COME TO STAY.....ALLAH HAFIZ

Well, i think the top priority should be water and electricity because that is something every country shoud have..and untill they solve these small problems like water, that should be in every country and is impossible to live without, its very hard to move on to the big issues..

And after that it should be education to everyone...because a nation can never rise until the people are educated and have knowledge enoguh to fight for their rights and know what do to in different situations..

The political crisis in pakistan is looking not be solved with these leaders. They are only interested in the politics. They have no plan for education, electricity , health and most important now is short of food. I think, we should discard this system and select new people to think about it.

Government should stop inflation first because when inflation goes down the other necessities will automatically be resolved i.e. education, foods, cloths etc.

Prioritywise list Reply with quote
AWW
PRIORITYWISE LIST
JUDGES RESTORATION
LAW AND ORDER
ELECTRICITY
EDUCATION

I THINK AN HONEST JUDICIARY CAN DO A LOT FOR THE RECTIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM INCLUDING HUMAN AND CONSUMERS RIGHTS. SO YOU CAN TAKE ANY ITEM TO COURT AGAINST EVEN THE MORE POWERFUL PERSON DOING ANY INJUSTICE.
IT IS A FAMOUS SAYING THAT A GOVERNMENT CAN EXIST WITH KUFFAR BUT NOT WITH UNJUSTICE. APPARENTLY IT HAS NO INFLUENCE ON THE SYSTEM AND THE SOCIETY BUT INDEED IT HAS.
THANKS

judiciary is the most important pillar of any country, Churchill once during second world war when complete london was bombed and nothing to eat and every thing was chaotic, told his cabinet if judiciary is working properly then all other institutions will start working honestly and sincerely themselves. In pakistan we have shameful judges like Dogar and other who should be ashamed of meeting and working with dictartors like Musharraf. How this country will progress whose judiciary on payroll of ISI and are afraid of army, they should be ashamed of their sins.
