| What is wrong with our justice system? |

Do you think that the people with political power controll the justice system? share your views .. ask questions? this is what this forum is about

Politics and Justice are two different departments. So how one can think that you can get justice if political department will interfare into justice departments (Adalat, courts).
So in my opinion, no political powers should be utilized to interfare justice system. Otherwise that justice is not justice.

Potical persons should not involve into Judicial system, otherwise nobody will get Justice. Unfortunately, in our country, since 1947, political persons are try to control Justice. If we take example of Europian countries and USA, you can see political persons never interfere with justice system and thats why people believe on Adalats there.

Until we have milatry rule in Pakistan you cannot get justice.

well we did not have military rule when nawaz sharif was here or when benazir was here. do u thnk our justice system was strong then.. i dont thnk so
politics still mixed in with the justice system.. why is it that the rich get away with murder while the poor stands by and waits helplessly for justice to be carried out? the core problem is not musharraf . i t is corruption

I agreed the biggest problem of Pakistan is corruption, which every body is doing. Some are doing more and some less. If want to make a better Pakistan, we need to get rid of corruption which are eating our roots and damaging Pakistan badly.

The answer the title of this forum " whats wrong with the justice system" is very difficult because we will have to and name here lot of things. It would have a very simple answer if the title was " whats good about our justice system" and the simple answer would be " nothing".

The whole problem starts from the very first day Pakistan was created. They just created a new country but not a new social polical and justice system. From the very first day the 1965 act was implemented.

1947 sy 2008 tk aj tk kisi gareeb ko Pakistan ki court sy insaaf nain mila.Is ka zimaydar kon hy ya kon log hain jo yh nain chaty k insaaf mily sab logon ko.Akr aisa kyn hy kyn Judjes coruppotion krty. Akar Kyn?
Is mian Army koi kasoor nain hy.
