The best & Dhawa is to start it from yourself & your families.If you can bring up your children with the true teaching & preaching of Islam we will be successful than.Often with our Muslims the case is "CHIRAGH THALE ANDHERA" means we go to make "TABLEEGH" to other people but often neglect the family part of it which is wrong.Specially for us living in non Muslim countries the priority should be to practice Islam yourself & your families.We should consider ourself should be the member of the "Umah" & so can we diliver our part in the success of Umah.Often we are the hibitual Muslims & think with our prayes, rituals,zakaat,Fasting & Hajj we have fullfill our duties but the more important thing in Islam is our "MaamilaJaat" our behaviour,conduct,relations & buisinesses with Muslims & others.As long as our "Maamlajaat" is not correct we cannot compell,convince & win the hearts of fellow human beings.Allah will be RAAZI than with us when our dealings with other fellow human beins are not correct & cordial.

The least we can do for the Ummah is something which may actually seem as seperating yourself from society according to many contries in the West. Political Correctness has helped many muslims to a path on which they are leaving sunnah's to 'improve segregation' amongst their countrymen/women.
Follow your deen to its fullest no matter what reaction you would get from those who do not understand our religion. We need to spread this kind of message and hope that duniya does not take the ones with imaan.
That is what we can do for our Ummah.

terrel I agree with you,when I see all kind of injustices,killing of our fellow Muslims brothers & the ugly character of our Islamic leaders having no pride,no moral courrage,too appologetic behaviour with the non Muslims causing all this dammage to Islam & these leaders theirselves for their wested interests co-opperating rathe conspirating with them against own Muslims.All this make me angry sick & tired so than I pray to Allah to give us the knowledge of real Islam & its spirit.The least we can do to highlights & discuss our problems causing dammage to our Ummah.

History keep repeating itself. The situation nowadays is not much difference from earlier times. just the presentation is different.
About the question what can we do is simple. Struggle hard to make oneself on the correct path before suggesting other. Believe me its very difficult to keep on sirat-e-mustaqeem.

Exactly, there is no point in complaining about how nobody respects Muslims but then not pray, not read Qur'an, etc.
If we don't behave like Muslims and have respect for Islam, then who will?
