hi,
i would like to share a very important aspect of weight loss. If you take 500 calories less than your requirement you will lose 1-2 kg in a week. U can loose these 500 calories by drinking two cups of green tea per day. also 35-40 min brisj walk can help you loose 2 kg per month. I hope it is useful.

R u sure that if i take 500 Calories per day i will lose 1-2- kg in a week? ill definately try. If possible can u plz tell me a good diet plan u ever tried and lose weight which is real effective? do u know any good exercises of waist and lower tummy if yes plz let me know soon. ill be waiting.thanx Razz

hi guys all i know is that if you are serious about losing weight eat less and cut out all junk food from your diet,and exercise alot more, keeping hungry is not the key your metabolisim will slow down also and you wont burn your food quicker,and just remember its all worth it at the end. Very Happy

just take 1-2 glass of water before meals and 1-2 glass once u have taken one chappati,,,take qahwa or green tea without sugar atleast 3-4 times in a day,,,eat when ur really hungary and never eat ur stomach full plus regular exercise,,,u vil reduce weight definitely
