A big complaint,,,,,WAPDA shud give timings when electricity vil b aval and not of loadshedding

wapda..no water and no power development authority..that should be the new motto .........when i was a kid.theres was loadshading..........now im an adult....theres loadshading.........when i be old there still be loadshaing...........

in overreading, people have to pay more money. you can calculate it. solution is that the meterreader should show the taken reading to the meter owner and take his signature on the spot. reader should also have complaint register like railways people have.

i have a shop and i cosume 10 to 15 units a month because i only use two tube lights and one enery saver for about one hour in evening.
and the send me the minimum bill of 268 every month which i pay regularly.
but yesterday on 24/11/2009 i found arrears of 7025 in my bill and i didnt slept for last night till 2 o clock because i pay the bill regularly and where does these arrears came from.
today 25/11/2009 was the last date of bill payment i went to shahi bagh subdivision in peshawar they checked in their register and told me that there is nothing with us about that, you should go to peshawar cantt office and this is some king of jurmana, so i will be going to pesh cantt office tomorrow.
please some one if you can help me because this is just andheer nagri.
to whom should i complain and if i complain and then they do a big arrear of 70,000, then what will i do.
as it is 100% injustice is there is anyone to hear about and inquire about it.
or we the public will stand and burn their offices, are there any single true people in whole wapda department.
please suggest me what should i do.
as i daily earn nearly 200 from my shop which is also not even enough for our family to survive.

Dear Sir, Aslam u alikm.
I have two electric connections installed at my Flour grinding Chaki (Atta Chaki) situated at Village Dad Khan Jarwar, Taluka Chamber, District Tando Allahyar. It includes a 3 phase meter for which I pay and had even paid heavy bills for the reason to maintain my business. But what to say when despite of paying such heavy bills find no electricity at all???

If there r defaulters then their connection may be disconnected but What if regular bill payer suffers instead??? I \'m regularly paying my dues at time and had not remained defaulter at all then why have been compelled to protest??? My connection may be restored at earliest so that I may earn my bread instead of protesting on Roads for which I have been compelled.
