The UK Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) is an excellent UK immigration category for entry to the UK for successful people with sought-after skills.

I think 1000 pound are too much. I know a person who can do in 50000 Pakistan Rupees.

Now HSMP point system for UK has been changed. Now you dont get points for experience. But more chances, if you are more young and highly qualified.
So check for new HSMP point system, may you have enough points that you dont need student visa to go there.

| Student visa for UK |
|
I believe students dont need to hier any consultant for their visa case to be processed. Its better to apply on your own unless your case is not genuine. I have heard of many illegitimate consultants who use 2nd sources to get the work done for high rates, which i personally dont appreciate. People in Pakistan want to get rid of Pakistan and somehow try theri level best to enter UK by every means, it is better for those people who dont have enough education to remain in Pakistan because they live a life like "Princes"; in UK you have tough competition and not a very good life, like even if you have enough education(depends what your domain is) you have high tax rates, which is one of the biggest frustration that overseas people have here. To develop a business is a good track but you need loads of funds which is nearly impossible to gather if you are not educated enough.
Overseas Pakistanis are heading back to Pakistan as they have wonderful life over there!,,, so if you have a degree and think you are intelligent then welcome to UK! otherwise prepare yourself for "zalalat" lol or better stay in Pakistan like kings.. choice is yours!
People who want to apply for student visa shouldnt anyway take guidance from a consultant cuz everything is straight forward! concept of consultant is wronged from the day one.
Good luck

HSMP
you need to score 75 points for HSMP, this type of visa might not be suitable for students in Pakistan to apply for. Because it is not easy to get this, it is inevitable that you wouldnt have any prior education from UK so you couldnt score points for that, secondly you need enough experience and you dont come under that category either. Above all the salary rates in Pakistan are not enough to score ample points in HSMP, so better apply for student visa cuz you can get HSMP when finish your degree here and start working by achieving sufficient salary and experience in the first year which you'll get permission for by Sectors based scheme, i-e if you do any degree from UK you can have 1 year work permit.

depends on what sort of visa you applied for,,, but anyway, your wife is being interviewed because recently they have adopted a strict policy to liberate visas for the cases like you... one of my colleagues recently got married in pak and he faced the same problems, although he is a british national, even then he got refusal then he had to appeal and challenge the decision of british high commission in the court over here,,,eventually he got trhough, I am not scaring you anyway . hopefully you'll go through as well just make duas

To some Points I do agree with Waraich. If your case is genuine be confident and go for it. Nothing too technical. I am in UK as student. I can provide general information and guidance. I am working part time Legal Cashier with few solicitor firms so if required I can refer to some good Immigration Solicitors. I have gone through the whole process including appeal and even for court I filed case at myself. Student visa is now the easiest possible way to come to UK. After April 2007 all other visa including HSMP are very hard to get.

| Hello |
|
Dear Sal,
It looks very sceptic that you live in the UK and have had studied any course. I looked thorough your paragraph, it is utterly written in wrong english which indeed expose your level of qualifictaion and the name of that asian educational establishment where you might have had studied. It is very unfair, if you advise overseas (Pakistani) youth with your thoughts. I know very well how overseas people are like in the UK. How many of them have studied at Legitimate universities and how many of them are professionally qualified. There is no other way for a novice than to look at english writings of people like you to find out " how will you guys be like in the UK".
I shall say to all those viewers, who are interested in coming to the UK that "Please don't waste there time and money in all these fake educational establishments, who normally run by Asian people. I know they have strong links and networks in India, Pakistan and other asian country, but for all those who are interested "These institute do not hold any values at all in the UK and across the World". All proper UK universities ask for English language test and the top level prestigious universities have exceptional assesment criteria. India, Pakistan and all other asian countries are not English language countries. It is not possible to enter into the UK universities without English language test, apart from Olevel/Alevel qualification. Those Institutes who do not ask for English language test and give admission to people because of the sake of money will not bring any change in their life.
The UK goverment has closed down many of these institutes since the last 4 years and they are still prowling these places. The student who study from these institute is very unlike to find employment in the UK companies. I also don't think they can either find better class employment in the Pakistan or anywhere else. This is my advise and suggestion to all those pakistani students who want to come and study in the UK.
Best of luck to all my pakistani people.

Bro Salman
Whatever you have said is absolutely right but the approach you adopted was not. You have tried to criticise Sal Bro just for his poor English which is not fair. With all the due respect to your prestigious degrees, which you have very proudly mentioned, even there are few mistakes in your reply. If your English is not good enough that doesn’t mean you can not guide anybody? But whatever you said is very correct.

Dear All,
Whatever has written and said by RANI12 (Silicone property consultants flexi group) is all nuisance. These people like to dupe new comers from overseas. Most of these desi firms have no genuine foundation. There were many cases happened in the London, where people had been mugged or conned by property agents.
This is an advice to all pakistani people. Always stay vigilant and be aware of these con artist.
They don't feel pitty.

It may be all Nuisance, but you have to backup your point with some Evidence.
You just cant pin point any body out there as a con artist without any Evidence.
If you have done some verification about them, then thats perfect; but without any verification please avoid using those remarks against anybody.
I Agree that most of them are..., but then what about those who arent ?
How about if i take this as "You both are in the same Business and have strong Clash" and here you are trying to prove them a Con Artist
to clear them from your way.....???
