Dear All,
Whatever has written and said by RANI12 (Silicone property consultants flexi group) is all nuisance. These people like to dupe new comers from overseas. Most of these desi firms have no genuine foundation. There were many cases happened in the London, where people had been mugged or conned by property agents.
This is an advice to all pakistani people. Always stay vigilant and be aware of these con artist.
They don't feel pitty. |
It may be all Nuisance, but you have to backup your point with some Evidence.
You just cant pin point any body out there as a con artist without any Evidence.
If you have done some verification about them, then thats perfect; but without any verification please avoid using those remarks against anybody.
I Agree that most of them are..., but then what about those who arent ?
How about if i take this as "You both are in the same Business and have strong Clash" and here you are trying to prove them a Con Artist
to clear them from your way.....??? |
I am glad to hear some ones response on it.
I am not one of them. You know there is one good saying " Prevention is better than cure". I solely gave this advice to new comers "to just stay alert.". It looks here, you are one of his/her well wisher. You picked on points so quick that there is nothing else i could say.
I prefer to stay vigilant in my life and hence i gave this suggestion.
No personal element attached.
Thanks

Can you guys fight on another forum.
If any body has a question regarding study visa you can just ask me. Coz i believe that I am the luckiest person I applied for a student visa on my own and did all the paper work myself and now I am in Uk studying MSc mechanical engineering design from the university of manchester.

Hi Salman,
I do appreciate your concern about shabby educational institutes run by Asian people, looking to make a quick buck.As far as your command of the english language is concerned, although you are very fluent, your writing exhibited too many mistakes for a Ph.D.Should we blame it on the legitimate universities you have studied in or were you just tired or writing in a hurry?
The problem with our people is that we are too quick to judge others.I would like to add that if you are after good education, there are reputable universities at home like LUMS for MBA,GIK for Engineering,COMSATS for Information technology with a lot less expenses.
A number of pakistani's make the same mistake of getting into U.K on a student visa ,and then start driving mini cabs. You cannot study and work enough hours to make up for the expenses in U.K.I think that is the main issue , people come under false pretenses that they can juggle both work and study at the same time.If you are genuine student you don't need anyone's help. You can apply directly to the institute you are interested in studying.

I'm new to the forum. HSMP is the best option for coming to UK if you are a professional. New point system has not effected the professionals that much.
For any help on HSMP, you can contact me if you fairly qualify. I do not charge any money..
