WHat makes you say that? you think women in uk or usa or canada or australia are less oppressed than women in Pakistan?
Our women are as much oppressed as in Pakistan. Proly more so than Pakistan! Go to your local police station and get the numbers of domestic violence on women reported by neighbours and families then get the numbers of women who still choose to stick with their partners. Dont say crap like "im not like women in pakistan who have to bear eveything" just bcoz its become fashion to say that in our countries. In hindsight your proly right too..You can never be like women in Pakistan. You are proly one of those "oh daddy u have to listen to me otherwise i ll run away with this black guy" type..this might be freedom in your lame a.. world but in reality it isnt. So take out your head out from u know where and see PAkistan for what it is. A beautiful country with beautiful people.

As long as I am here I will not see indians passing on wrong and fake information about Pakistan, I cannot just keep quiet over it and I think everyone being Pakistanis and muslims should do so. Because they offend muslims and Islam directly we have to respond anyway. if you go through those topics you will know that we have been defensive from the start but there is a limit to it and then we changed our mind. and above all we reply their posts so that the pakistanis/muslims or any other person who is misguided by their media and their govt. knows the truth about them.

FYI, I understand where you coming from but probably you are not aware of the crap thats been happening on this forum. As long as I am here I will not see indians passing on wrong and fake information about Pakistan, I cannot just keep quiet over it and I think everyone being Pakistanis and muslims should do so. Pakistan can never appease india .Its 2008.India is a regional power and poised to be next superpower only next to china in Asia.It has a vast economy,stable political democratic framework with a independent judicial/election commission.
Pakistan cant compete with india in arms race.India Defence budget is 6 times of pakistan budget.And as india grows average at 9% yearly,it will become 10 times in next times.India has global ambitions in life sciences,Aerospace,biotechnology.In services sector India is next only to USA.
Information technology,Biotechnology,Life sciences tech,Stem cell research,Pharmaceutical are the fields in which india is years ahead of china.May be india is not a manufacturing powerhouse like china.But it has started buying Western companeis .so india will certainly be second only to china by 2020.Now india has world class manufacturing giants

pakistan exports 300 million pirated CD to India,malaysia and other 44 countries.
Most of CD are either indian/hollywood movies or Software of (MS and other company).

He said that in a constitutional democracy the president has a limited role and his party will work for the supremacy of the parliament.
When asked to comment on impeachment of the President, he said that let the parliament decide about this issue.
“We are getting carried away by slogans rather than going to the crux of the matter.” The belief is to strengthen democracy, he added.
He said that people have voted for democratic forces, against the fundamentalist forces and the previous government. Replying to another question he said that let the parliament decide about President Pervez Musharraf.

I am not denying that Pakistan was not part of ancient india I am saying that it is no more and it is not the integral part stop using that word integral, because Pakistan is a sovereign country and is no more part of india, there is a huge difference between Pakistan and india and this difference will never shrink. I have to say few words, I myself no matter how gentle I am will allow anyone to say a single bad word about Pakistan.Firstly no matter how good & bad,it is our Identity and we should be proud of what we are.I am living here in Germany from longer than two decades but I am inside out Pakistani.No one should Qoute Altaf Hussain or for this matter anyone to say one wrong word about the creation of Pakistan.We are decent Pakistanis we have no bad feelings about India or any other country,but we represent Pakistan & our priority should be Pakistan no matter if we have annoyances in the country,but it is our internal problem just like in one family.We Pattan,s can always say that we are living here from more than 5000 Yrs,we are something superior but the reality is when Pakistan have been found we are in first row Muslims than Pakistani & nothing else.Every one loves his mother & that she should be respected.In this case Pakistan is our mother,we have to safeguard its pride & dignity.People having complexes,hiding their identity due to their heriditery they have no feelings of belonging.It is their problem where they belongs to.They should only watch their mouths.I will add."MOJ BARRE YA AANDHI AAHE,DIYA JALAYE RAKHNA HE.GHAR KI KHATIR SO DUKH JHELEY,GHAR TO AKHIR APNA HE"

based on everything everyone goes on to say... it is clear that we have not lost the trust we have in our nation. Every country is faced with problems and has issues that are hard to resolve but its the spirit of trying to find solutions that gives us the chance to create a great nation. Rather then asking for radical change we need to be realistic in our demands and ask for slow and steady approach that can atleast move the country in a certain direction.

And its not only tata.Every day you can hear an indian company buying a foreign cmpany..There are 200 companies which have 1+billion $ revenue and by 2012 ,there will be 1000.
Even in defence sector ,indian companies like tata,l&t,mahindra have formed joint ventures with Lockheed,Boeing and Isreal and french companies.
please come out of anti india notion.But india doesnt disrespect its neighbours.it even listens calmly to all the allegations of tiny neighbours.India is surrounded by countries who are/were home to terrorism.None of the country except bhutan had democratic setup.everyyear there are regular coups in bangladesh.
and some prob in pakistan,nepal(fight between king vs democratic party).
Just accept the reality and think from a telescopic eyes about future of pakistan.Future of pakistan cant be good if it supports terrorism in india or it has decided to be anti india irrespective of where it itself is heading towards.
Be thankful to Musharraf who got 10 billion $ Aid from USA and west for the war against terrorism,And got billions of loans bailed off!!
India movie industry is not hostage to pakistan .it has a decent turn over of 2-3 billion $.And it has capability to challenge holllybood.There are companies in india who have majority stake in hollywood pictures association ,They have the tech capability to design movies of world class standards.
DO you know that bollywood movies have created livelihood to 10 lak shopkeepers who sell pirated CD/DVD in pakistan
pakistan exports 300 million pirated CD to India,malaysia and other 44 countries.
Most of CD are either indian/hollywood movies or Software of (MS and other company).
Do you know that most of pirate CD/DVD of bollywood comes from pakistan.i remember that company name :sadaf
.it shows a chintoo candi ad and some other ads of pakistani dramas....
India has already won the media race.Pakistan which is a integral part of indian media/entertainment with its top qty of singers(Atif,jal,strings) and lyricist.

Islamabad : Co-Chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari said that there is great potential for Pakistan and India to further strengthen their socio-economic ties.
In an interview with India Today’s Managing Director Raj Chengappa, he said he sees great potential to develop their bilateral relationship, particularly in the economic sector.
“We are a small country compared to India, but we are a larger supporter of it. India can be a super economic power if we do things together,” he added.
During the interview, Zardari also spoke about the issues, to be
tackled by the new government. About the judiciary, he said his party will prefer open debate in the parliament for restoration of the deposed judges.
”We need to make the judiciary independent-financially too. Then we need to lay down the parameters of what the judiciary’s function are,” he added.
Replying to a question, if Nawaz Sharif insists on his main agenda of restoration of judiciary, Asif Zardari said he thinks that his agenda will coincide with PPP’s agenda.
He said that for too long in our history the country has suffered because of judicial decisions.
“So, we have to be very careful and therefore, I feel there should be an open debate in the parliament”.
Explaining his party approach towards the coalition government, the PPP Co-Chairman said that he has been calling for a national consensus government. “The nation is in a disarray, there is no governance and institutions have been weakened,” he added.
To a question of inclusion of PML(Q) in a coalition government, he replied that PML(Q) has never been a political party.
It is a collection of individuals. People have exposed them, so there is no question of an alliance with them.
Replying to a question regarding working with President Musharraf he said, “I will be working with the Parliament. It is the sovereign governing body of the country”.
He said that in a constitutional democracy the president has a limited role and his party will work for the supremacy of the parliament.
When asked to comment on impeachment of the President, he said that let the parliament decide about this issue.
“We are getting carried away by slogans rather than going to the crux of the matter.” The belief is to strengthen democracy, he added.
He said that people have voted for democratic forces, against the fundamentalist forces and the previous government. Replying to another question he said that let the parliament decide about President Pervez Musharraf. |
