THE DOWNFALL OF MUSLIMS

SOME MAY NOT AGREE TO THIS

BUT IF WE LOOK AT THE HISTORY
WE CAN SEE THAT THERE IS A CONTINUOUS TREND OF DOWNFALL AMONG THE MUSLIMS
MAY IT BE THEIR IMAGE OR POLITICAL POSITION IN THE WORLD

WHAT MAY BE THE REASON FOR THIS

LACK OF EDUCATION I THINK

OR IS IT JUST THE WESTERN MEDIA.........I DONT THINK SO

I agree with you in some way, but I think the biggest problem is that muslims isnt united anymore..
People are just interested in making money or having as much power as possible
Think about it..for many many years ago, there were so many intelligent muslims and the most inventions is by muslims, but later europens or americans just took those inventions and made them theirs. And no one protested..

and western media isnt doing it any better..when something bad happens in the western countries they just blame the muslims and muslims accept it..when there is a bomb blast in a muslim country they just start blaming each other..Most muslims has just lost control, they're busy in other things or they just dont care about whats happening in the world or with their image...
But then im not talking about all....I've seen many people who are really struggling to make a good image for muslims and muslim countries...but i would just wish everyone would try..

THERE IS ONE THING THAT I AM TRYING TO THINK OVER
MAY BE I AM WRONG

BUT I FEEL THAT WE MUST TRY TO CONCENTRATE ON THAT TIME PERIOD WHEN THE MUSLIMS STARTED LOSING THEIR
IMAGE AND THE CHRISTIAN WORLD STARTED CLIMBING UP

WE READ IN HISTORY, THAT ONCE THE MUSLIM SCHOLARS USED TO LEAD THE WORLD IN ASTRONOMY, MEDICINE, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS, ETC ETC
REMEMBER THAT WAS THE PERIOD WHEN THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH WAS VERY MUCH AGAINST STUDYING SCIENCE, THEY WERE BACKWARD, THE CHURCH DID NOT ACCEPT WHEN GALILEO CAME UP WITH HIS OBSERVATIONS ABOUT EARTH, THE CHURCH WAS VERY MUCH AGAINST MEDICAL RESEARCH, AND RESEARCH IN PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, ETC. ETC. BECAUSE INITIALLY THE CHURCH WAS EVEN AGAINST THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRINTING PRESS, AND AGAINST THE PRINTING OF BOOKS

THEN AT THAT STAGE WHAT HAPPENED THAT THE CHRISTIANS STARTED DOING RESEARCH IN ALL THESE FIELDS, AND THEY STARTED THAT NARROWMINDED OF THEIR CHURCH IS THE MAIN HINDERANCE IN THEIR RESEARCH

AND AT THE SAME TIME, MUSLIMS STARTED LOSING THEIR POSITION IN RESEARCH WORKS.

WHY

the 1st down fall to muslims when sects starts rising n muslims,,,,,then they start fighting and discussion,over religion.....n word war 2 muslim broke khilafte ousmania due to english propaganda....and now our leaders r followers of english people.....so,when a nation lose their values and unity,,tgen they r ruled by others....

Its not the downdfall. its the begining for muslims to rise.

I think the main reson of Muslim downfall is their lack you unity beetwen muslims country around the world.there is and organisation OIC but its just looks dummy.If we want to rise and shine we should look to care and support each other by all means.

Education is one major factor to make Muslims successful. A lack of education is resulting in brain-wash from non-education so called "scholars". Only education can help people to use reasoning and take steps accordingly.
For example, some people in pakistan are so ignorant that when there was Denmark Cartoon issue going on ... why were they were burning buses/stores in Pakistan? Think about it .... how would it help Denmark to stop publishing cartoons??? They were just hurting the poor people in Pakistan.
