| Telephone out of order for the last 36 days with no progress |

My PTCL land line with number 021-4981698 is out of order for the last 40 days. Initially it was dead (no dial-tone) then after 3 weeks it became operational but with a lot of noise and cross-talks due to which My DSL connection is not working though I pay Rs. 1500 for that. Despite repeated visits to the concerned Gulshan-e-Iqbal exchange, the problem persists. The strange thing is that every day I get 4-5 calls from PTCL saying that you telephone has been rectified according to our record, if it is correct press 1 else press 2. I wonder why PTCL is constantly sending this automated phone call and not sending a single line-man to fix my problem. Can anyone suggest what to do.

Same problem nowadays again in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 2. My home phone is dead since 1 month and no response from PTCL, just saying that they are try to resolve the problem...

My phone number is dead since last 4 month .Exchange is Gulistan-e-johar
i complained lots n lots time
as a result i always get new complaint number fom 18 but no action has been taken yet.
my 4623883 any have any number of high authority so plz share me
