i have a question
tasveer banany mein buri baat kia he?hadesss waghera apni jaga,per hadrat Muhammad SAW ne jis b cheez se mana kia he uss ki koi na koi waja he.
orr tab kia kiya jai jab study waghera,tv ya medical field mein jahan tasveer buhat zaroori he?
kia her tarha ki tasveer banana mana he?

yes farya thts very important question tht u raised. ajj kal to har cheez ke liye pic banwani parti hai to iss silsile mein kya kya jaye (aur uss ke ilawa bhi ajj kal cameras ek necessary mein include ho gaye hain)
kisi function mein koi tasveer ke bina nhi reh sakta

What about camera pictures? It is just a reflection of an image. Nobody is claiming that they have created something. Personally I think when someone makes a painting of a human or an animal that could be considered equivalent to creating something which has no "JAN" or life in it and the painters will be asked to put life in those paintings. I am no mufti or Alim and I am just using my stupid commonsense. Allah knows best

pictures are strictly prohibited in Islam as mentioned in the previous replies...i take a lot of photos for work and my video is being made through security cameras all the time at my workplace without me even noticing it....NOW, we all know that islam has prohibited photos than y r v trying to change it by this tricky business as getting into details like paintings, digital photos and videos???just to remind u all guys that v r muslims, not jews or christians who would mould their religion for their own convenience. if we know something is prohibited in Islam and we have to do it for our own reasons or limitations than the only solution to that is ask for mercy from Allah.he will forgive our mistakes but he wont forgive us corrupting our religion and teaching of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)...stop doing it!!!

salam my question is do you guys find any quotation in Quran about prohibiting picture. Quran is full and in detail. my all dear brother and sister please do not indulge in these vein talks without any firm knowledge. you may take pics but be carefull not to indulge in vulgar pics, Allah has prohibited it.

Brother ap ke baat tak ha lakin Quran kia ha vo kitab(book) ha jo Allah na Apna pyara Muhammad(S.A.W.W) par nazil farmai to Quran ma har baat ha lakin jo kuch Muhammad(S.A.W.w) na farmaya is par amal karna har Muslman ka farz ha Ore Quran ko ap detail ma nahi samj sakta tab tak ap is ko tafserr ka sath read na karo ya kisi alim sa na pocho

Bahi ma koi Alim nahi ho lakin jo mana books ma read kia ha ya sona ha is ka motabik ap tv ko sahi kamo ka lia dak sakta ho gis ma bahayai(sex) na ho ba pardagi na ho Bahi bahi ap kkisi Alim sa poch kar Mazid apni tasali kar la

Ulema e Kiram farmatay hain ke ja'iz kamun ke liye dekhna ja'iz hai. Tv par films and drama dekhna jis main aurtain be parda hoon sakkht, sakht haraam
aur jahannam main le janay wala kaam.
zaroora'tan printed tasweer banwa saktay hain, for example passport, id card, for visa etc...
jesa ke aik bhai ne bataya ke digital pictures like in computer, digital camera's, in mobile are allowed becaz wo tasweer ke hukkam main nahin, wo aise
he hai jese app aa'ina (mirror) dekhtay hain.
May Allah Azzawajal forgive me if i made mistakes in my post....Aameeeeeeen

Islam is the easiest of all the religions, you just have to understand it. Islam is a religion based on common sense and knowledge. Anything that you feel in your heart that is not correct is not correct and anything that you feel bad afterwards is bad too.
May Allah Almighty give us more knowledge to follow the path of truth. Do good deeds and harm no one and then leave every thing else to Allah. He is MOST MERCIFULL.
Baqi Allah Mian behtar jabtay hain aur humari kami bashei maaf kerne walay hain... Ameen...
