| Talawa Ghost.. Mouth Watering Tips.. |
|
1.Take any quatity of lean(example 3-4 lbs) beef cut and cleaned in 1/2 inch cubes.
2. Place cubes in cooking pot and add enough water to boil meat so that it is tender.
3. Add a quarter teaspoon Haldi, 2-3 teaspoons lal mirch and 2 teaspoons of salt to the boiling meat.
4. Once meat is tender drain excess water and transfer meat into a large frying pan.
5. Place tender meat into frying pan and add 4 table spoons of corn oil to pan and start frying on mid heat.
6. Add 1 midsize onion sliced to the pan and 2 teaspoons of ginger/garlic paste. stir slowly to evenly mix items in pan.
7. Add cut corriender(hara dhanya) to meat. should watch for browning of meat.
8. Add cut green peppers and more onions to pan in 5 min intervals. keep mixing.
9. Once meat is golden brown take off stove and sprinkle chopped onions, hara dahnya and green pepper on top as garnish.
try some khati daal with rice to complete the meal.
