Ingredients
Kashmiri red chillies (broken) 18-20
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 medium sized
Salt to taste
Garlic (chopped) 8-10 cloves
Oil 2 tbsps
Sugar 2 tbsps
Honey 2 tbsps
Method of preparation:
1. Take the broken red chillies in a blender. Add tomatoes, a little water, salt and garlic cloves and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the paste and cook. Add sugar and let it boil for ten minutes. Remove scum if any. Add honey and finish.
3. Cool and store.
Extremely mouth watering hmmmmmmmmmm
