I am going to give SCJP CX-310-056 (Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 6.0)..
I am preparing that myself and also find some help but for Editon 5.0 its mean CX-310-055

Introduction
The Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) exam is the entry level Java exam and is a prerequisite to a number of the other Java-related certifications.
