A Lotaa is used in mosques often for cleaning purpose but now a days this word is often heard in political conversation as a fun. however ,I was reading a book,in which it was mentioned that once a Lotaa donated for the purpose of charity it becomes the property of the general public and no body has a right to keep the Lotaa in his control beyond his need. That is a sin. I was wondering about the politicians who are keeping Lotaas in their control and not letting others to benefit. any addition?
