They will retire in due course, they are bringing along the yougsters. Once they decide to retire there will be replacement for them to fill the gap.
They are legends and will not discrace themselves by hanging on.

Personally I believe that Tendulkar, Dravid, Laxman and Ganguly are still dark horses and they have lot of experience so I don't think that just because of one bad series they should retire. They are still better than youngsters. OLD IS ALWAYS GOLD.
