Shoaib Akhtar Sent back to home from 20/20 WC

Pakistan paceman Shoaib Akhtar has been sent home from the World Twenty 20 after a bust-up with Mohammad Asif.

Shoaib, who was already on probation for a disciplinary breach last month, confronted team-mate Asif during practice in Johannesburg on Thursday.

Shoaib admitted to hitting Asif with a bat, causing bruising to his left thigh and prompting a team investigation.

"A decision has been taken to call back Shoaib after an initial inquiry," said Pakistan chief executive Shafqat Nagmi.

"The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) fully endorses this decision. Shoaib Akhtar will be returning on the first available flight.

Pakistan Cricket Board wasting their time and missing lots of other great young player because of Shoaib Akhtar.
Now some times he is injured, some times he get bann by ICC, some times he is unfit. The question is that what the hell is he doing Evil or Very Mad

He MUST retire now.

Wasim Akram, Imran Khan and Waqar Younis NEVER did habbits like Shoaib Akhtar. Shoaib AKhtar Pakistan team ko badnam kar raha hai.

This is a very big setback for Pakistan as Shoaib Akhtar could play a very big role in this Tournament

Encounter Bhai you are 100% right. Shoaib got the fame which he could not digest. He is a what they call "Kum Zarf". He thinks he has a star value. He does not realize whatever value he has is just he plays for Pakistan. If today Pakistan bans him for life what do you think ICL will offer him a huge money? Just within one year you will see no body will like to look at him if he does not play for Pakistan. He is an idiot who did not deserve the fame he had. He thinks he is superhuman who can do anything and will get away with it. This time I am sure Board is going to have a honest look at his case and he is going to get a long ban which could also mean the end of his carrier. I just foresee this is the beginning of his end. Well, If Pakistan Cricket Board will ban Shaob Akhtar wich they must do it now, then its a very very happy news for me. Becuase enough is enough! It has been long time since we saw Shoaib in action in cricket. After that he got so many ban and blame from both ICC and PCB regarding his behave and some other things etc...

Why he hit bat to Mohammad Aisf? After all both are proud Pakistani players. Some times I feel that it is a propaganda against Pakistan Cricket Team that maybe there is lobby that are behind the PCB to destroy Pakistan`s cricket? After all Shoaib Akhtar is not a child, he is a adult person and may well edgucated too. Why he always in the news? Wasim Akram was and is and will be the HERO of Pakistan Cricket. He never did like Shoaib Akhtar while/during his cricket carier. Lastly I feel there is two things behind the Shoaib Akhtar. 1st could be what I already posted about him. 2nd maybe somebody try to destroy his cricket future...... Rolling Eyes
