I have applied for trasfering my connection from my prev house to new one in the isr week of feb 2007. my connection was transfered after few days but my billing month was sent o my previous adress. the paining thing is taht i received the bill personally from my prev home and i found charges of 500 for shifting. when i called Tahir Sheikh Of G-7 he told me next time it will be changed. next month of April i waited mybill but till now i havt received it and as before they havt bother to change my address and dispatched to my prev address.
What the hell it is . why u have charged me 500 at once and did not change my address. and why i should go to my prev house each month for my bill. now if i will receive the next bill at my present address and it has my prev bill which i havt received with extra surcharge. i wil never submit any extra charge or late charges as i havt receied billing motn of April 2007. HOW update u people.
tell me if there is any wrong from me poor customer side if not then ......... ok waiting for May 2007 bill

PTCL customer support standard is alway going bitter day by day. The same kind of problem happend with one of my friend in last year.
PTCL should give proper attention to all the public matters. They are earning too much revenue, why cannot they hire more people to remove people complaints?

noe the now shifting process is so easy in ptcl. u can apply online now through ptcl website. and also through customer services center. only u have to submit ur id card copy, no payment of demand notice
