SCIATICA

now a days i am down with cytic pain
i lifted some heavy suitcases and now i have bulged discs between L-4, L-5 and S-1 vertebras in my spine/
(these are the last vertebras of the spine)
this bulge in the discs are pressing my cytic nerve very badly
the cyctic nerve travels from spine up to the toe of the foot
right now im having burning pain in my hip and electric current sort of pain from hip to the foot
i feel severe pain while moving my left leg it is difficult to sit and almost impossible to walk a few steps

im using medicines and resting without much progress
can somebody give opinion based on personal experiences.in this regard
