I would like to request for a software if anybody have it, which suits to my requirements, as
I have a plane LAN of approx 20 stations under Windows (without domain).
I have a broadband connection for inetnet browsing.
Want to monitor web browsing and downloading activities on the stations
authorize (under quota system) bandwidth limits station/user wise
have detail activity report.
to restrict website overall or userwise.

I will be much oblidge i have to manage bandwidth limts of 18GB and having average official workload, each and every month we exceeds limits and have to pay additional downloading chargtes, which i want to avoid.
