Present state of Pakistan Cricket

The standard of Pakistan Cricket is deteriorated because we are not doing anything at grass root level.
There are no acamadies as such which polish the talent at school level and that talent then needs to trickle to clubs and associations.

Pakistan has produced world class players in the past, so the question is why there is a sharp decline and deterioration in Pakistan Cricket Team.

The reason for this deterioration is a lack of competition at our domestic level, previously lot of our players were used to play county cricket in England and Austrailia, the competitiveness in the county cricket gets best of the players.

Also fierce competition in Kerry Packer world sereis cricket in Austrailia contributed to the vast impovrement in the skill level of every cricketer who participated.

So the bottom line is that the structure of Pakistan Cricket needs to revamped as the present structure would take us further down.
