I think Shoib Akhtar is a match winning bowler. As bad as his behaviour may be, he still is the fastest bowloer in world.

Since Wasim and Waqar, Pakistan have not had a great pace attack. I think if someone can be reliable with M Asif then we can have another great opening pair. Akhtar and Asif were both very good, but injuries and politics have plagued them a bit. I think S Khan and W Riaz have the potential to go far, they just need more oppurtunities.

Pakistan are famous for pace attack. you mentioned some name and hope some will find their way to national team. i heard about Sohail, he impressed the seniors by his pace and bounce.

I agree with some of you, but the pakistani bowlers dont seem to keep a consistent rhythm, if you know what i mean. They will bowl one heck of a delivery and then three wides!!!

You are right man..the pace battery of waqar and wasim was the best...though MOhammad Asif ifs very good..he doesnt have good support in anyone...may be a few but no one as consistent....the pace bowlers are not able to continue their good bowling game after game....

I agree that Shoaib Akhtar is a bad boy of Pakistan cricket but this bad boy has great potential indeed. He has time and again proved his charisma. In his debut game at IPL, he has shown how lethal he could still be on his day. This is the alarm to all big guns that beware SHOAIB THE TERROR is still very much around. Well done Shoaib, Keep going.

Pakistan no doubt has produced some gr8 bowlers, but not as many good batsmen lately. after inzy, we really only have one genuine batsman in mo yo.
thats the dept we need to work on.
