Close door joint session of both houses of the Parliament (National Assembly & Senate)
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan history’s 3rd in-camera joint session of both houses of the Parliament (National Assembly & Senate) is going on here on Wednesday.
The joint in-camera session, being presided over by Speaker National Assembly, Dr. Fahmida Mirza, was summoned by President Asif Zardari, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
The agenda of the special session was to discuss current security situation in the country and devise a comprehensive and consensus strategy in order to counter scourge of terrorism and extremism.
According to sources, Director Genreal, Military Operations Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha is briefing the parliamentarians.
Governors of the four provinces, chief ministers, president and prime minister of Azad Kashmir are also attending the in-camera sitting of the Parliament.
Military helicopters are patrolling the red zones and Margalla Hills to ensure fool-proof security in the capital.
Chief of Pakistan Muslim League-N Mian Nawaz Sharif and President PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain are also present. However, Tehreek-i-Insaf Chief, Imran Khan, Amir Jamat-i-Islami, Qazi Hussain Ahmed and Anas Noorani of JUP excused their participation in the special session of the Parliament.
Attaullah Mengal and Mehmood Achakzai are also not present.
The Parliament is likely to pass a joint resolution in connection with the policy to counter terrorism.
Debate on the in-camera session of the Parliament will be held from 10 AM to 2 Pm on Monday.

We can have tens of such sessions will not bear any fruits.Because the will,vision & intellect is not there.It is all cosmetic measures to keep the nation calm.While they are busy playing this stage drama on the other side the terrorist have penetrated in Islamabad.What is the worth & credibility of their socalled measures,their promisses & their capabilities as the socalled/self claimed representatives of tthis nation.We as a Muslims should not be a pesimists but expecting from these mentally & characterly corrupt people is like milking an OXX (I always mentioned this) or expecting the odds.

Sab aapas me Bhai Band hain.Sab ki aapas me rishte dariyah hain.Let me qoute a Shehr:
"NAHAQ HUM PAR THOMAT KHUD MUKHTARI KA HE-- CHAHE HE SO AAP KARE HAIN HUM KO ABAS BADNAM KIYA"
They should all be declared terrorists,specially those inside the Parliament.
