| Our Tv Anchors need professinoal Development ? |

Do you think Our Tv Anchors need professinoal Development ?
Dear All ,
I've been watching different TV channels in the past few months and noticed some of our renowned TV anchors from mostly private channles as well PTV are less professional interms of their professional developments , I got heaps of examples with names those who speak without any first thought while on air live such as Kamran Khan few months back before the assasination of Ms. Bhutto was on his program using words as hard and below civilized language '' Kuta Giri '' for politicians , Khlail Haider of Bull & Beers of PTV speaking incorrect language and many more if I strat naming every single here may would take longer and many time I 've heard them using third degree language during their programs , not only this but sometime I also feel by comparing our anchor to the world media I found them lack of knowldge other than politics they hardly could manage to put forward proper questions to their guests , in adtion , they speak too much even more than a guest ... apart from this they don't really know the end line of their question they've put on to their guests . Despite years in journalism doesn't automatically qualifies anyone to be the best unless somone tries to project themselves civilied like any other media person in the world . English is another big issue , if they are unable to speak why not stick to their own language ? I would like to suggest them that they should only hire poeple with relevant major and someone with appropriate langauge skills wether its Urudu or English ... last but not least they also provoke their viewers while they hosting program .. they shouldn't be negatively reporting on Pkistan and its own politicians , no matter what if our own media let down our own country how could we expect from world potraying us a better nation . I hardly ever see anything positive about our country , seems every proragram is based on critisims against government or trying to show off them being the only right for the nation . I hope our media should now strat working on giving a better image of Pakistan rather letting down our own poeple as well watch their language and body language . Role of anchor person is to faclitate others isntead part of discussion , while looking at west like, '' Hard Talk'' on BBC by steve buckner is one of great examples to see how programs should be conducted .. well wish one day we could see some kind of professionalism among our presenters .

Actually the sudden explosion of tv media has resulted in shortage of human ressource but I think by passage of time more professional people would be available.
