ajj kal ki bechari ladkyon kahan khud ko defend ker sakti hain
but with these tips, they can defend themselves as well as they can knock out the men lol
by the way u r married, so did u ever apply these tips on ur darling hubby

I know the importance of self defense, coz I am karate black belt and use to teach girl self defense techniques and they used it very perfectly.
A girl should be educated in self defense techniques.

can u tell us some techniques in written or through pictuers.i have nt learnt karate properly but in school my PT teachers used to teach us about self defence.cuz it is really very necessary for every girl,its not about being corrupt or being shareef.its a habbit of men (not all men)even they r educated,they try to tease ,stare at every girl.weather she is coming from coaching or office.female forum members will undersatnd and agree with my statement

And I am fully agree with you girls, being a teacher or family member I will definitely prefer you people to learn Karate or self defense techniques.

lol, I was wondering kay you would have sent a real video of an attack on a girl by boys. But I think it will be really stupid to make our own cartoons and make them do whatever way we think and then learn lessons from those cartoons. However, I think the best defense of a girl is hijab for both girl and boys(for boys its to keep their gaze low), if she doesnt provoke guys in a society like Pakistan I dont think anyone would dare to attack her, if she provokes others by inappropriate dressing or gestures then of course she is going to receive the same kind of response. But I am not saying that boys are all saints, thats why Saudia and Islamic shariah asks women to go out with some mehram. Because no matter even if a woman learns karate (which is quite childish to me) she cannot overcome the power of a man because this is natural unless you empower a woman with weapons. I dont understand why would someone attack a girl and that such people do exist in this world must be psychos and should be killed or atleast put behind bars.
