Information:
Okara Urdu:( اوکاڑہ) is a city located in the Okara District, Punjab, Pakistan.
Okara or soy pulp is a white or yellowish pulp consisting of insoluble parts of the soybean which remain in the filter sack when pureed soybeans are filtered in the production of soy milk. It is low in fat, high in fiber, and also contains protein, calcium, iron, and riboflavin.
Okara contains 76 to 80% moisture, 20 to 24% solids and 3.5 to 4.0% protein. On a dry weight basis okara contains 24% protein, 8 to 15% fats,and 12 to 14.5% crude fiber. It contains 17% of the protein from the original soybeans.

Okara city was established in nineteenth(19th) century. While the towns of Okara are a part of ancient history. According to a tradition there were clumps of “OKAAN” Trees in this place. After the name of these OKAAN trees this place was known as Okara.

Okara is small city near Lahore. The people of Okara are very nice. They are very peaceful, innocent. It city is small, major portion consists of villages. So kasan are their in lot quantity which do cultivation. So we can say it is agricultural city, no polution.

Hi every one i am new to your form. I have been in Okara in 1992 till 1994. It is a nice place. Can some one tell me that there is a place called Gamber is this place is still there? And if some one could please put some photos
