| My Phone is out of order for the last 3 months (042 5188125) |

Hope you are fine and doing well. Please note that my telephone# 042 5188125 is out of order for the last three months. Despite various complaints on 18 and personel requests to the relevant SDO, I am still wiating for their help.
By this forum I would like to point out the rude attitude and poor services of the PTCL staff which I am facing for the last three months. Kindly also note that if this problem is not being fixed within this week then I would preffer to disconnect this telephone for ever because as you know that there are many other sources are available now.
Hope you will help me for the above.

Why PTCL service is going down day by day?
Shafqat, which area of Lahore this phone belongs and who is relevant SDO /PTCL office?

PTCL is earning too much revenue but still they are not improving their service standard. Why?
PTCL employees are taking too much salary as compared to other departments in country but still this behaviour. PTCL should now need to devote good resources to get rid of these public complaints.
