Yes I’m agreeing with the post title he is the best among worst’s.

Only "Junooni" can support Musharraf.he might be a very good leader if chosen by our enemies.If you have Musharraf,you do,t need any anemies.We are not Mads or Junoonis not to accept that all our polititions are corrupt,also blamed & accused by Musharraf.But if someone for his own personal benefits,interests & for his chair strike deal with all these corrupts,doesn,t prove him also corrupt? Why we are so naives,is it because we prefer our own likes/dislikes,personal benefits/interests over our national interest.What is important our country or these corrupt political figures?Be senseable,be loyal to the country not to the personalities.

If you go to court or police station against your even small councellor they will burn your Houses. and if you go against MNA you will loose your whole family and will behave like Karoon, Phirone. But unfortunately few things were done by Mr Musharaf that shouldnt have been. 1. He forgave Nawasharif, benazir bhutto and others and introduced reconsiliation ordinance under unseen circumstances/pressure. 2. He tried to introduce real democracy in this country, unfortunately the true democracy is not acceptable to the corrupt traditional so called leaders. My advice is he should act in the interest of Pakistan and be the true general and punish all the corrupt leaders and serve the Pakistani nation.[/code]

Well according to my view Musharaf has done more good things than any other leader has done for Pakistan. There are also some things which Musharaf did were not right but overall he gave Pakistan a good stand in the last 5 years, which i think is better than any other leader have done.

2. Pakistan in 1999 was an economy of $75 billion and now in 2006 it is a $160 billion economy.

3. Under Musharraf’s vision: 9 world class Engineering universities being developed.

4. Private sector institutions have increased from 36,096 (in 1999) to become 81,103 (in 2006).

5. Pakistan is the 3rd best in world Banking profitability.

President Musharraf’s Vision and Policies helped Pakistan come out of the list of Highly Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) while setting it on path of prosperity, growth and economic reforms. And, for those that consider President Musharraf as an unconstitutional President:

1- PML-Q government passed a constitutional amendment in National Assembly, with 2/3 majority, also approved by Senate that allowed President Musharraf to hold dual offices.

2- Constitution of Pakistan - Article 63 clause (1) paragraph (d), read with proviso to Article 41 clause (7) paragraph (b), allows the President to hold dual office.

3- Supreme Court of Pakistan allowed President to stand for elections in November 2007.

4- President Musharraf was elected President of Pakistan, by a combined electoral of the Senate, National Assembly and the FOUR Provincial Assembles.

5- President Musharraf won by 58% votes in November 2007, as the constitutional President of Pakistan!
