It my pleasure to receive this question, infect similar happened to my Friend in my city, they have written whole book and they stuck on the header and footer. Actually they want different header and footer for even and odd pages, which we can tick form page setup.
however your one is very simple.
we assume you have 18 pages in your file and from 7th page you need different header and footer, so at the end of 6th page you can Insert... break... and choose section break (next page) then click on View Header and footer, go to section 2 and then click on "Same as previous" button Header and footer toolbar, this will break the connection with previous section, now you can give separate header and footer.
