I am having problem downloading naats of different qaris which are not in mp3 or mp4 formats. Most of them are in WAV (windows media player) formats. Can any one help how can I change them to mp3/4 formats please? By the way I am using itunes for saving into my library before transferring everything to ipod.

well.... u need a converter which is named WAV to MP3 convertar and if u want to download it so u should go to Software Download Section to download this converter !!

I understand your problem. Do you use jetaudio ever ? Because with jetaudio you get free convertor tool to convert your file with any format. Its also helps you if you wish to save your audio CD in your computer. Just go to the jetaudio tools and click rip option to rip your audio cd. About your question as i told you use jetaudio or search in google. I'm sure you can find a good and free convertor there.
