Mohammed Yousuf (born in 1952) is an internationally notable Pakistani amateur snooker player and one of the best players to come from Pakistan. In 1994, at the IBSF World Snooker Championship, he defeated Iceland’s Johannes R. Johannesson 11-9 to become the IBSF World Snooker Champion. In 2006, he beat Glen Wilkinson of Australia in Amman 5-4 to win the IBSF World Masters Championship.

One fact about Muhammad Yousaf is that he has not received any school education. He was a very poor man in his early age. He wished ti join film industry, he has a beautiful voice which made him to sing (but could'nt do it profesionally). His appeance as a snooker player was just an accident. He used to work as field boy for his boss in golf field. One day, his boss and friends were playing snooker, they got one player shot, he offered himself as a player, they took him as a jok. But he wiped all of them out just in one break. They admired his game, and suggested and helped him to play in professional tournaments. It is his take off and in 1994, he emerged as World Snooker Champion at the age of 42.
