modernisation of Islam???

المیہ یہ نہیں کہ لوگ دین کا فہم نہیں رکھتے بلکہ یہ ہے کہ بعض قوتیں دین کا نام لے کر دین پر حملہ آور ہیں دینی اصلاحات کی آڑ لے کر دین کی روح کو کچلنے کے درپے ہیں ان کے عزائم مخفی ہیں نہ ہتھکنڈے نئے بلکہ سب کچھ واضع اور صاف نظر آنے کے باوجود تحفظ دین کے ذمداران اچکوں کی وارداتوں پر مہر بلب ہیں، بلکہ اٹھائی گیروں کی حرکتوں کو دیکھنے اور جانتے ہوئے چپ ہیں کہ انتہا پسندی کا الزام نہ لگ جائے، ہماری رواداری پر دھبہ نہ لگ جائے دین چاہئے بدنام ہو اس کا چاہئے کوئی حلیہ بگاڑ دے بس ہم پر الزام نہ آئے ہمیں کانٹا نہ چھبے ہمیں برا نہ کیا جائے۔۔۔
اس احتیاط پسندی کا نتیجہ ہے کہ آج کا کوشاہ جیسے لوگ شارح دین ہونے کے دعویدار ہیں دین کی روح سے ناواقف لوگ اجتہاد کی کبڈی میں مصروف ہیں

جاوید غامدی( کا کوشاہ ) ..۔جن کا سنت کی تعریف سے لے کر قرآن حکیم تک اُمت سے اختلاف ہے اور موصوف کا دعوٰی ہے کہ چودہ سوبرس میں دین کی کو ان کے سوا کوئی سمجھ ہی نہیں سکا۔ وہ صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے اعمال و فیصلوں سے لے کر آئمہ احادیث تک سے اختلاف کرتے ہیں اور جہاں دال نہ گلے قرآن کو چھوڑ کر تورات اور انجیل تک سے اپنے مقصد کے احکامات نکال لینے میں ثانی نہیں رکھتے۔ خود کو علامہ کہلواتے ہیں لیکن مبلغ علمی اتنا ہے کہ بی اے کرنے کے بعد علم کا دورہ پڑا اور پھر ازخود مطالعہ کرتے کرتے مجتہدین بن بیٹھے۔ ان کے ساتھ سب سے بڑا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہر چند برس بعد ان کے نظریات میں جوہری تبدیلی واقع ہوتی ہے اس کے ساتھ ہی ان کے ساتھی انہیں چھوڑ جاتے ہیں
حددو اللہ کے خلاف سازش کی قیادت کے علاوہ موصوف پورے اسلامی معاشرے کو روشن خیال بنانے کی فکر رکھنتے ہیں اسی باعث ان کے نزدیک، گانا بجانا، رقص و سردوست جائز ہے پردہ جہالت کی نشانی ہے اگر مغرب پسند نہیں کرتا تو ہمیں پردہ پر اصرار نہیں کرنا چاہئے۔ ستر عورت کے حوالے سے ان کے خیالات میں تغیروتبدل آتا رہتا ہے بعض اوقات جذباتی ہو کر یہاں تک چلے جاتے ہیں کہ فقہ حنفی میں مرد و عورت کا ستر برابر ہے سوال کریں کہ یہ حنفی کی کونسی کتاب میں ہے تو جواب دل و دماغ کو باغ باغ کردیتا ہے فرماتے ہیں کہ اب کسی کتاب میں مرقوم نہیں،
سوال یہ ہے کہ جب اس بات کا کہیں تذکرہ ہی نہیں ہو و (جناب) کو کہاں سے معلوم ہوا
ان کے جاننے والے ایک ساتھی کا موقف ہے کہ جسے اسلام پر کوئی شک و شبہ ہو جاوید غامدی سے مل لے اور کچھ نہ ہوا تو مشکوک ضرور ہو جائے گا۔۔۔
موصوف کا تازہ ترین فرمان ہے کہ قرآن کے تمام تر احکامات عملدرآمد کی خاطر نہیں۔ اکثر کا تعلق ریاست مدینہ کے دور سے تھا۔

ماضی میں ان کے رفیق خاص رفیق چودہدری نے اپنے ایک مقابلہ میں لکھا ہے کہ علامہ جاوید غامدی کا ابتدائی نام کاکوشاہ تھا بی اے کیا تو محمد شفیق بن چکے تھے بعد ازاں ماڈل ٹاؤن میں سرکار سے پلاٹ الاٹ ہوگیا جہاں دائرۃ فکر کے نام سے ادارہ بنایا اور تحریک اسلامی کے نام سے جماعت بنا کر مولانا مودودی پر تنقید سے کار جہاں کا آغاز کیا جلدہی انہیں محسوس ہوا کہ محمد شفیق تو عام سا نام ہے اس سے علمیت کی گہری چھاپ کا اظہار نہیں ہوتا لہذا جاوید احمد کا لبادہ اوڑھ لیا اور ساتھ ہی جماعت اسلامی کی کی مخالفت چھوڑ کر مولانا مودودی کے سایہ عاطفت میں جاپناہ گزیں ہوئے جہاں انہیں پذیرائی ملی مولانا نے دارالعروبہ سے خالی ہونے والی کوٹھی چار ذیلدار پارک ان کے تصرف میں دے دی اور ساتھ ہی ایک ہزار روپے ماہانہ وظیفہ بھی مقرر کر دیا انہیں دنوں انہیں عربی سیکھنے کا شوق ہوا اور یہ شوق انہیں فرقہ معتزلہ کے لٹریچر کے قریب لے گیا۔ جہاں ان کی خواہشات کی تکمیل یوں ہوئی کہ چونکہ اس دور میں معتزلہ کے عقائد سے لوگ آگاہ نہیں لہذا (جاوید غامدی) نے اپنی انفرادیت کا سکہ جمانے کی خاطر (کتاب المفصل) اور (الکشاف) نامی معروف معتزلہ تصنیفات کو اوڑھنا بچھونا بنا لیا۔ اس دور کسی مرحلہ پر انہیں جاوید احمد نام بھی عام سالگنے لگا تو غامدی کا لاحقہ لگا کر نام کی حد تک خود کو امام قرار دے دیا اور اس کے ساتھ ہی جماعت اسلامی سے بھی رخصت سفر باندھا کہ نظم کی پابندی اور مولانا مودودی جیسے شخص کی موجودگی میں فقیہہ دوراں بننے کا امکان کم تھا۔۔۔

میں امریکہ محکمہ دفاع سے ایسوسی ایٹ ایک مشاورتی فرم (رینڈ)کے نیشنل سیکورٹی ڈویژن نے امریکی حکومت کے لئے ایک 80 صفحات پر مشتمل ماورتی رپورٹ پیش کی جس کا عنوان (مہذب جمہوری اسلام) رکھا۔۔۔رینڈ کے مطابق سیکولر طبقہ مغربی انداز فکر اور طرز حیات کے سبب اپنی افادیت کھو چکا ہے لہذا امریکہ کو چاہئیے کہ تمام تر وسائل کے ساتھ چوتھے گروہ کی حمایت کرے جسے جدت پسند کہا جاتا ہے یہ لوگ اسلام کو جدید بنا کر اور اس میں اصلاحات کر کے موجودہ حالات کے مطابق بنا کر پیش کرنا چاہتے ہیں لہذا امریکہ کو چاہئیے کہ وہ اس طبقہ کی مالی، مادی، اخلاقی، سیاسی مدد کرے۔۔
اور اسی طرح کے بیشمار سازشی اقدامات کی سفارش کرتے ہوئے زور دیا گیا تھا کہ جدت پسندوں کو تلاش کر کے اک نئی طرف کا مغرب کے لئے قابل قبول اسلام گھڑا جائے رینڈ کی اس رپورٹ پر ایک محفل میں بحث جاری تھی کہ ایک اخبار نویس نے ازرہ تفنن کہا (لوجی غامدی صاحب کی پانچوں گھی میں ہوگئیں) وہ اس معیار پر سو فیصد پورا اترتے ہیں
پھر ایسی ہوا چلی کہ ہر ٹیلویژن اسکرین انہی کے رُخ (روشن) سے (منور) نظر آنے لگی۔ پی ٹی وی نےبھی جناب غامدی کو لا بٹھایا جو بڑے دھڑلے سے اسلام کے پردے میں فکر غامدی کی ترویج میں مصروف ہیں سرکاری غیر سرکاری الیکڑانک میڈیا میں ان کا ڈنکا بجتا ہے اور رینڈ کارپوریشن کی رپورٹ جو آج بھی نیٹ پر دستیاب ہے اس کا ایک ایک حرف عملدرآمد کے مراحل طے کرتا ہوا نظر آرہا ہے۔۔
وائٹ ہاؤس کو جہاد سے دشمنی ہے۔۔۔۔ فکر غامدی کے لئے ایسی ایسی ناممکن العمل شرائط لگا کر جہاد کی راہ روک رہا ہے کہ جس کا کسی کو ماضی میں خیال بھی نہ گزرا ہوگا۔۔۔
صدر بش کو اسلام سے افغانستان اور عراق پر حملہ کی حمایت چاہئے۔۔۔۔فکر غامدی حدیث اور سنت کو غیر معتبر قرار دے کران کی راہ ہموار کر رہا ہے۔۔۔مغربی خبث باطن توہیں رسالت پر آمادہ ہے۔۔۔۔فکر غامدی توہیں رسالت کی سزا پر معترض ہے اور اہل مغرت کو اس کا حق دیتا ہے۔۔۔ امریکی بدمعاش مسلمان اور قرآن کا تعلق توڑنا اور تقدس ختم کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔۔۔۔فکر غامدی قرآن کے احکامات کو دور حاضر کے لئے ناقابل عمل قرار دیتا ہے۔۔۔مغربی صلیبی قرآن کے مقابلے میں جعلی کتاب لاتے ہیں۔۔۔فکر غامدی اسے ان کا حق مانتا ہے۔۔۔ اور اب امریکی حکمران پاکستان میں حدود قوانین کا خاتمہ چاہتے ہیں۔۔۔فکر غامدی کا سرخیل اس مہم کا نگران قرار پاتا ہے۔۔۔۔وہ مسلمان کے نصاب تعلیم میں غیر اسلامی کلچر داخل کرنا چاہتے ہیں یہ اسکولوں میں اسلامیات پڑھانے کی مخالفت کرتا ہے۔۔۔۔ شواہد چیخ چیخ کر گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ کاکوشاہ المعروف جاوید غامدی کسی نئے دین اکبری کی نوک پلک سنوار رہا ہے اس کی تعلیمات اور حدود قوانین کے خلاف سازش دراصل حدود اللہ اور اسلام کے خلاف سازش ہے کیا اب بھی اس کا نوٹس نہیں لینا چاہئے؟؟؟۔۔۔ کیا فرماتے ہیں علماء دین، مفتیان شرح متین وہ اس پر چپ کیوں ہیں؟؟؟۔۔۔ اپنا فرض ادا کیوں نہیں کرتے؟؟؟؟۔۔۔۔

A real Muslim Scholar has a "NOOR" in his face whereas this man doesn,t have it.There is only one Quran & one Islam.There are four schools of thought which are authentic & accepted by the majority of the Muslims.basics remain the same for everyone & valid forever.Only if there is difference of oppinion should be resolved through "IJTEHAD".A Muslim should not accept evryone interpretation of Islam rather should achieve knowledge of Islam through uncontroversial Islamic Scholars.Quran & Sunnah cannot be amended & remain the constitution of Muslims till the last day of judgement.All these fake,socalled,self claimed Enlightened Moderate people & scholars are projected by the enemies of Islam.Who is people like Musharraf to interpret Islam,what is his own character,criterion & credentials as a Muslim.All these superficial,misleaded,confused & far from Islam People try to turn the religion in the direction that suits them.But the fact is that a believer has to follow the direction of the religion & obey the divine orders of the Allah.

PS:Hazrat NOOH(AS)Ki Bivi ya Behte ko Sahabah E Karram se millana bilqul ghalat he QK Islam me MOMIN,MUSHRIQ,KAFFIR,MUNAFIQS,MURTAD,S ki apni apni difinition aur jagah he.Hazrat Nooh ki Qaom ko bashamool Bivi aur Behte ke),Qaom e LOOTH (AS),QAom e HAAD wa Samood(AS) ko na farmani ki waja se Gharq kar diya ghaya tha (They were Damned) jabke Jinn shaksiyat e Karram se aap inn ka Muazana kar rahe hain unn ki Islam me Aalah wa arfah Mukaam he(Tamam Sahabah e Karaam RTA Hajmaheen)wo sab Momin theh aur unn sab ki aik doosre ke liye Muhabbat aur Ehtaram ke jazbat se kohi Mussalman inkaar nahih kar saktha.No comparison between Blessed ones & damned ones.

You shouldn,t do it also.Mutual respect is the basis for discussions.We conclude this topic without any hurt feelings.I have never cared for man made story,s rather I believe in the divine message & orders of Allah without any Iffs & Butts.

I have watched many of his prog on geo,he has a good knowledge of islam and also he can better understand the psyche of new generation.As one user said that he is not satisfied by Ghamadi's knowledge as he said ke " agar aik larka or larki gali mein kharay ho ker keh dein too ikkah hogaye ga" actually i think it was not in this sense bcoz there were question is it must to have parents and other relatives during nikkah then he said by islam its not must and then he said agar aik larka or larki gali mein kharay ho ker keh dein too ikkah hogaye ga, unka kehney ka mutlab yehi tha ke islam ke mutabiq yeh lazim nahi yani agar sirf larka or larki bhi hon to shaadi hogaye gi but then he said it would be better to have their parents and relatives there.yaani ab agar koi bewkoof yeh kahey ke Ghamadi ne kaha molvi ke bageir ya guahon ke bageir nikkah hogaye ga to yeh theek nahi,becoz question was about presence of relatives.

problem of nikah,("MASLAH")

(1) It should be open and announced in presence of people.

(2) To recite a Khutbah (it may be any khutba, but it is better to recite the khutba which is mentioned in the Hadees).

(3) It may be held in the Masjid.

(4) It should be held on a Friday.

(5) It should be solemnized in the presence of witnesses known for their integrity and justness.

I have seen this hazrat on Geo I must say it respectfully that he does not give even breathing time to any opponent and keeps showering
