Walk is the best way to loose weight
With three weeks of walk I loose almot 12lb of weight. just half an hour twice a day, you will surelly get the result.

1.nashta se pehle aik bannana ya do.
2.one hour before luch take freesh yoghurt
3.after lunch take one bannana untel 14 days .4).evening one glass milk.
