KEEPING ONESELF PHYSICALLY FIT

TO MENTION WHAT DO THEYDO TO KEEP THEMSELVES PHYSICALY FIT

what about daily walking
and jogging
or running

Any type of excercise is good, be it football,swimming or training in the gym.
but most important thing is to eat the right food.
i go to the gym 3-4 times a week for 30 mins at a time, not much i know but its what
you do with the time that counts( not just gupshupping )
and i make sure i get enough protein to burn fat and get lean from fish, eggs, red meat and shakes but this only
worthwhile if your are excersing.

I AM 52 YEARS OLD
SOME TWELVE YEARS BACK I DEVELOPED SOME PAIN IN MY LOW BACK SPINE, WHICH WAS NOT ONLY TOO PAINFUL BUT EVEN EFFECTED MY LEFT LEG SO MUCH THAT IT MADE ME DIFFICULT EVEN TO WALK
APART FROM THE MED'CAL TREATMENT MY DOCTOR ADVICED ME TO WALK AND KEEP ON WALKING

IT HURT A LOT WHEN I STARTED WALKING INITIALLY BUT SLOWLY BUT SURELY I KEPT ON

DAYS ANDMONTHS KEPT ON PASSING AND I STARTED ENJOYING MY DAILY WALK.
WITH THE PASSAGE OF TIME THE DURATION AND LENGTH OF MY WALK INCREASED. THEN I WAS WALKING ABOUT 3 TO 4 KILOMETRES DAILY IN THE EVENING.

IN THE MEANTIME I DEVELOPED A LIKING FOR JOGGING (IF NOT RUNNING BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING SLOWLY)

THE DURATION AND LENGTH OF MY RUNNING KEPT ON INCREASING.
aFTER A PASSAGE OF TIME I WAS RUNNING 3 TO 4KILOMETRES DAILY INSTEAD OF WALKING

THEN I STARTED RUNNING FOR A LONGER DURATION ON WEEKENDS. FFIRSTLY 5 KILOMETRES, SLOWLY INCREASED TO
10 AND SO ON. IT WAS A MIXTURE OF RUNNING ANDWALKING. I WAS ENJOYING IT.

THEN I PARTICIPATED IN A COUPLE OF ROAD RACES, ANDEVENWON A MEDAL IN ONE.

A TIME CAME EARLY THIS YEAR WHEN I WAS EUNNING 25 KILOMETRE ON SATURDAY AND AGAIN 25 KILOMETRES ON SUNDAY APART FROM MY DAILY 3 KILOMETRES RUN

I DO ENJOY MY RUNNING

i just cant emagine my self walking or running (even i love to ) but i dont have the space to do it and i dont want to go out to run or walk


but even that i just eat my food and before finish i walk and jogging here and there just like babies heheheheeh my mother said to me u should stay and eat ur food then u can go any where Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

I THINK IF YOU RUN DAILY AND PROPERLY YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING ELSE TO KEEP YOURSELF FIT


OF COURSE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SOME OTHER FORM OF SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO SPECIAL EXERCISES AND PRACTICES FOR THAT

YOGA IS GENERALLY INTENDED TO SHUN STRESS
ITS GOOD TO KEEP YOURSELF COOL

KEEPING YOURSELF COOL AND UNDER CONTROL IS THE NEED OF THE DAY
WHERE THE LIFE IS FULL OF STRESS AND PRESSURE
