Please reinstate the judges, as we r lagging behind the date due Asif Zardari. He looks like a rigid person to me as I saw his interview on Geo. And it sounded like he does not want to give any time span for any real issues like judjes and Doctor AQ khan. It was really annoying to see him speak like this...........

He gave several statements like this...

we never arrested Abul Qadeer khan and we dont want him to free now, ask them who arrested him.
very bad attitude he has...........

Today the count down ended but the judges were not restored

The Dubai round of talks have concluded and it seems Zardari has agreed to restoration of Judges through a parliamentary resolution. It also seems Nawaz Shareef has agreed to support the Constitutional Law Refors package drafted by the Law Minister, which will restrict the tenure of Judges, but also bring in many new measures to make greater access to justice for the masses. PPPP spokesperson Sherry Rehman said both parties have agreed for Nawaz Shareef to present the agreed points to a press conference tomorrow in Lahore.

judge should be restore as early as possible

If our political leadership specially PPP did not understand the importance of reinstatement of Judiciary, Pakistan and our nation may suffer very badly.

Okay tell me something Guys. I read this topic and have a question on my mind. If the Chef Justice is restored then What he do ? I mean his next and 1st action after his restoring. Open the all cases which are against Mushraf or What ?

Restoration of judges is not just for the present its for the future of the country; for setting up an example, a precedent. Our leaders are finding legal ways to restore the judges through consititutional amendments, while being aware that the whole episode of removal of judges was illegal.
Then they say that the remedy of one bad is not another bad.

I dont agree. This thinking shall promotes the military mindset and encourages the future army chiefs to do whatever they like and then the civil politicians shall try to find legal ways to sort the problems and it shall not be easy. Military mind solves the problem by HOOK or by CROOK;;;;they dont think or right or wrong...............cheers

jedges will not get back as they are thinking, Nawaz Sharif is keep saying that on May 12, they will restore but it will be like he was saying for March 30th. Every thing will happen as Zardi wants and what he wants is clear, he said everything in his interview on Geo news.

well..independent judiciary is very important for a healthy democracy and i beleive that now the time is here to make Pakistan's judiciary independent of any political or bureaucratic influence.

hi from my point of view currunt setup got fantastic chane to overall reforme all system from bottom to higher level in every aspects of life in pakistan.
