hi im married last year and she put my immigration case few month ago iGOD give me a beautiful son my immigaration is late so i decide to fo for vist in the base that i want to see my baby and wife i want to know how much chance to get vist visa for this parpose and which documents i attach they lok and give me visa easily im done my masters and im doing bussiness and how much time time talk this visa after apply the visa plz if any body know that reply me im waiting ur responce

Go Here: http://evisaforms.state.gov/ & Click On DS-156, Fill That Form & Submit It In American Express Office. They Will Give You An Interview Date. I Will Tell You Further What Else You Need. I Applied In April & Got 5 Years Multiple Visa In June.

i got 4 years in marriage base visa so its better to apply through fiance base it will take only one year.

| My visa refused, what should I do now? |

Hi,
I am in Sweden & studding here since 2006 MS+PhD program. I applied for visit visa of USA to meet my brother & he is US citizen now but US embassy is rejected my visa application under section 214 (b) US Immigration and Nationality Act that is there is no strong ties of mine in Sweden and they think that I will not come back. They also give me chance of appeal. Can anyone guide me how I can appeal?
I don't stay more than 3 weeks in USA no any plan to skip in USA, I just to see my brother and his family.
