mery pc may virus aya hay.....jo k back ground blue krdeta or likha hua arha hy k ur pc is infcted with spyware..install an anti virus..............meny anti virus k karlia..usnay sab kuch theek to kardia lakin wo background ka masla abi b hy..............

u can download Ad-Aware SE Personal software its really helpfull
just google for this specific name and u will find one site u can download it from
may be its also available at Forum Pakistan, check it here

I think you better save all your important data into external hard drive or write on cd and then reinstall windows. Otherwise you can try ESET smart security 3.0 or higher known as NOD32.
