This is not the Age to stop information from flowing. It was never in the hands of Gen Musharaf to give freedom of press nor to take it away. It was always our right. The basic right of a citizen to have access to information!

govt are trying to block tv channels but if u have dsl connection u can watch online.

If we want our country to be united and prosper among the comity of nations, we should speak honestly and it becomes very hard if there is no freedom of press on the mass media.

We should realize that the societies where there is no freedom speech and expression, those themselves undermine innovation and cannot defend in the hour of great turmoil and external threats, like many islamic monarchs who need external military forces to defend their vital existance.
