As per our previous conversation i am mentioning complete detail.

Sir, I have got the below information from my cousin.

Attached is Endoscopy Report for your reference and below is the medicine suggest after report by Dr. Hamid Manzoor from Dow University & Civil Hospital Karachi.

Tablet Pathocin 500 mg (Formula – Clarithromycin)
Tablet Jospamox 1 gm (Formula – Amoxycillin)
Capsule Meprazole 20 mg (Formula – Omeprozole)
1 + 0 + 1
10 Days Course

My cousin is feeling the pain and all the things from more than 10 years. The Endoscopy done in 2005

The above medical does with som other medicine which you have mentioned in your article has bee taken 4 time from 2005 with one year gap and the course duration is 14 days.

But the problem is that antibiotics works for 3 to 4 months and after that the pain start again.

And the symptoms is low blood presser, gas at heart, gas at brain, difficulty in oxygen inhaling.

So please advice what to do now if you want to talk direct then please pm your number then my cousin will call you for more detail and treatment.

Now these days he is feeling very mad bay be the changing of whether.

Thanks for the post. In my experience stomach problem with H.Pylori resolve for quite some time with Anti-H.Pylori treatment if that is causing the problem. However patients with IBS have many symptoms and the basic cause is usually a sensitive nature, decreased pain threshold and often anxiety or depressive episode. The symptoms you have mentioned do not directly point to a stomach problem with H.Pylori. There seems to be some psychosomatic element. Psycho somatic means a somatic (Functional problem) disease with a cause in a psycho element. He may feel better with some kind of anti anxiety and some anti depressants as the nerves which control the stomach and gut seems to be very sensitive to his emotional upset and needs to be controlled.

The best will be to consult a psychiatrist or alternatively he can start with:

1. Tab.Tofranil 25 mg at night and increase to 2 at night in 5 days. If no improvement increase to 3 tablets , one in the morning and 2 at night.

2. Tab.Lexotanil 3 mg half to one tablet 2 times a day for 2 weeks and then half a tablet 3 times for 2 weeks. Later he can take it occasionally.

3. Tab. Inderal 20 mg (2 , 10 mg tablets) three times a day , increasing to 40 mg (one 40 mg tablet) three times a day.

4.Cap. Esomeprazol 40 mg (Novoteph, Axid, or any other brand) one at night

5. Tab. Plasenzyme one 3 times a day half an hour before meals

Initially sedation may be more as the nerves need to be rested but later it will decrease so he must avoid driving, be near dangerous machinery or dangerous occupations. Inshallah this will help.
