(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The judicial commission, probing into the memo case, has resumed the hearing after getting another six weeks extension from the Supreme Court (SC) Thursday, Geo news reported.
The commission comprises of Chief Justice Balochistan High Court, Justice Qazi Faez Issa, Chief Justice Sindh High Court, Justice Musheer Alam and Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman.
Former DG ISI Shuja Pasha, Husain Haqqani’s counsel Zahid Bukhari, Mansoor Ijaz’s lawyer Akram Sheikh and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Yasin Malik have reached the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to attend the proceedings.
It is pertinent to mention here that the former spy chief is attending the proceedings of the commission for the first time.
Husain Haqqani cited a heart problem as the reason for his absence from proceedings.
The former ambassador is also waiting for the outcome of his application pending before the SC regarding the recording of his statement through a video link from London.
Haqqani, through his application, has told the commission that he has been a heart patient for the last three years and has been under treatment at the Advanced Cardiology Center, Maryland, US. The applicant is currently under treatment for chest pain/coronary artery disease.

It is indeed a positive & a healthy act on part of him.Bcoz he isn't traitor,characterless & American agent like Hussain Haqqani.I still can't follow that why they have allowed to leave the country till this case is decuded.
