| ECP disqualifies Waheeda Shah for 2 years, declares election |

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has declared void the election of PPP candidate Waheeda Shah on PS-53 Tando Muhammad Khan and also declared her ineligible for two years.

Thanx brother for posting such a great news. It's a warning for elite law breakers. Wish one day listen about Zardari, Gallani, sharif brothers and other all corrupts MNA, senators and MPA disqualification.

Thanks brother.I was myself very upset,angry & frustrated bcoz of this incident.If she wouldn't be punished I could cook from inside.I hate every feudal & those having feudal mentality.Specially it was disgrace of a women,a teacher & the helpless masses.She should also be sentenced to jail by the Supreme court.So that the others learn a lesson.

supreme court should deal the the culprit Waheeda Shah with iron hand for her nonsense act. Althoug they set the presiding officer calm but it does not mean the case should be closed. If supreme court forgive her, then some one should punish her his own way. Save Pakistan have Pakistan.

No in the eyes of law this isn't is the case to be settled by mutual understanding,pressure or whatever you call it.Bcoz it is indeed a crime against the state & case state against the criminal should be decided by the court.

Yes it is. Such cases should be deal with iron hand. Law should be enforced equally on all citizens.

It was a rare case reported & telecast by the electronic media.There4 on the public pressure this decission was taken.Otherwise it is happening everywhere.Even the Chief election commissioner along with other Sindhi counter part voted against this decision.Showed that how biased,prejudice & fair they are.

wish i was the chief justice and saw how the ECP and govt plantation. Severe punishment is less for such cases and need more punishment to make animal like men and women humans.

Supreme Court hasn't given his verdict on this case.Let us wait & hope for Justice to prevail.
