dumchalah???

Hello to everyone. I'm new here. Can someone please tell me what dumchala means?
Is this an urdu or punjabi word? I know that it is probably a bad word. Someone wrote
some really awful stuff in my husband's email and this word I could not understand.
If someone knows what it means, please let me know.

DUMCHALLA is urdu word.its really a negative word.if someone has said it to ur husaband it means ur husband alwayz obey ur orders.he obeys whetever u say to him either good or bad.it means the person who alwayz there for someone to obey all of his orders...
