| Dialogue on Judges' matter fails between PPP & PML-N |
|
The News says
DUBAI: The talks for restoration of judges between Pakistan People’s Party and Muslim League-N were ended in failure on Tuesday. Muslim League-N delegation is returning home in a flight at 3:00 pm from Dubai after the failure of talks.
According to the sources the leaders of Muslim League-N have told their PPP coalition partners that they could announce about quitting the ministries tomorrow evening.
as expected the process seems to be ending with no positive result.
Tomorrow pml-n is planning to quit the govt. this is wht cool-minded ppl were saying long time before that ppp & pml-n has different views of opinion and they will not remain together for long time.
i think mr.zardari is quite right in saying that there should once and forever solution of the matter not just restoring judges. he want to restore judiciary not in the was mr.nawaz has been promoting. coz he thinks that as there was no problem till mr.iftikhar ch.'s his own power was not gone till then he has no problem with musharraf same can happen again and whole scenario can again change. so everyone should be allowed only proper space to act and react. none should be CHIEF of pakistan in shape of Army or Judiciary.
Now mr.zardari has a chance to set things right and have to handle the gunda-gardee of non-elected ppl, who basically boycotted the election. it is time when the parliament should decide instead of day-counting method by some media & lawyers.

I think all the judges will be restored by tomorrow. Because this govt. does not want to create problems for themselves.

| A question |
|
Salam for all,
I think leaders should make clear rules about judiciary ..... so that no body can make changes in judicial system by his or her own will. So many people are saying that judges can be restored through executive order and if yes then executive order can make them go too. they should not make judiciary a play for executive power like musharraf did. if that was a mistake or wrong then it should not be continued. there should be change in constitution that no executive has any right to change judiciary without parliament backing ... 2/3rd perhaps ....... and then they can make amendments for judges ....
in my view judiciary becomes too political and i hope things will go in right direction in future .... i dont like some and what they do but i dont want the system to go by my or any others whims or fancies ...... i even consider this a joke that attacker or supporter of attackers on supreme court is the biggest supporter of judges now .........

I think judges must be restored as early as possible, after that the govt. and people start thinking about other problems, like aata and bigili

I do not believe the entire political wisdom of the coalition govt is going into resolving the question of the judges rehabilitation.
Dont they have enough people to start looking into the other issue concurrently?
That this is not happening is not comforting.

Ok.
I am really thankful to all the Pakistani for the release of Indian from Jail and postponing the hanging of another.
I am going to protest and see that India does the same for Pakistanis in its jail.
Although I am an Indian, but still in this field, Pakistan is definitely the country which gets my respect. I really appreciate it and I am so so thankful to the Pakistani govt and all the people of Pakistan.
Thank you all.!!!
