Dear members/all concerned,

An un-attended request by the residents/allottees (one of me) as under for your information:

It is submitted that we had purchased plots from M/s. Al-Ahmed Housing Enterprises, in the name of Al-AhmedTown. Vide Survey No.139 to 142, Deh Manghopir Road, Gadap Town, UC-8, Karachi West, which has been established since last 25-30 years old approx. as private town by the above said Company. In this connection, we the residents of the said Town would like to draw your most kind attention towards following facts :

1. That we had already been paid all dues of the said plots to the said Company, but still they are not provide us the necessities of Water, Electricity, Gas, and also out let of Sewerage Water along with Road, Park, School, Shops and other facilities.

It is pointed out that the said company have received all dues, but they had not been paid the amount onwards to the concerned authorities including External Development Charges.

2. That as per terms and conditions of the booking, there is clearly mentioned in Clauses Nos. 6, 7 & 8, which is bounded duties of the Company that they should provide the required facilities to their allottees as mentioned above.

3. That for the last eight months approx. we are facing serious hardships and hurdles as there is an existence of 5 to 6 feet deep dirty/sewerage/rain water is lying surrounding our houses, as there is no out let in shape of Sewerage Nala made by the Company since last 20-25 years.
4. That resultantly, there is productions of various poisonous insects, warms, snakes etc. have accrued which can seriously be dangerous to the residents and anything undue mishap may aroused. Not only this, the filthy water has started coming in to the drinking water which has caused illness to family member.
5. That the entire walls of the our houses have/are causing damage, and at any moment a big mishap can be aroused with us as any wall can fall at any time.
6. That there is no arrangements have been made by the Company regarding removal of that filthy water from the surrounding of our houses, as there is no outlet of Sewerage Water.
7. That there is no Security Guard for the security of residents, but Company take a huge amount on account of Security Guard from the owner of the Plots.
8. That no water supply connection has been given by the Company, there is illegal Water connection taken by the residents by self, may be disconnect any time.
9. That the residents are cooking on Electric Heaters under compulsion, as there is no gas in the Town.
10. Electricity connection has been given illegal through KUNDA SYSTEM to the residents, while Company had already received the required Electricity dues/charges from the residents on account of installation of Elect. Connection with metre.
11. That on 11.1.2007, one boy namely Aulia, aged about Seven years, R/o H.No.R326, Al-Ahmed Town, has died due to the installation of illegal KUNDAS from which the supply of electric is going into the Site Office, Al-Ahmed Enterprises situated at Al-Ahmed Town. Manghopir Road, Karachi

12. That the Daily Jang, Daily UMMAT, Crime Magazine, TV Channel AAJ have already published/covered the above critical situation (copies enclosed).

Therefore, in view of the above narrated facts and circumstances, it is very humble requested, that your honor may kindly issue order to M/s.Al-Ahmed Housing Enterprises to remove all the filthy water surrounded on residence, to take steps and measures in getting connections of Gas, Water, Electricity and construction of Sewerage Nala, within Fifteen days.

It is also requested to all concerned, that they may please issue order for recovery of Extra Development Charges, Water & Sewerage Charges, Electricity connection Charges etc. from the said Company and issue order for AUDIT of Company recovery/ expenditure record on account of Al-Ahmed Town, and on the basis of the AUDIT REPORT your honor may please take serious action against the negligence/corruption by the Company Directors M/s. Asad Thanvi & Faisal Thanvi and oblige us.
