| Career Guidance and Counseling |
|
Assalam-o-Alikum
I am wondering is there a need of career guidance and counseling services for students (from class 8 to 12) in Pakistan? If yes, then what type of services would you expect from career guidance counselors? i.e. interest and personality assessment, career selection, career exploration, career planning and career decision making or something else.
I would appreciate your views on this topic.

Bahut accha Topic hai. Par vaise yahan par school jaane wale members bahut kum hain. Yahan Zyadatar sab 18+ hain.

| Career development |
|
I think for a 8th grade student the foremost thing should be character building which will eventually lead to the development of one's own ingenuity to decide for the career or to persue suitable options. because at the end of the day everybody has to come back to the same society as a professional which he left.
