In past years had used Norton, McAfee, AVG free edition, Avast, Norman, Kasper... and NOD32.
You can use any of the above but not AVG free edition... Currrently im using NOD32 - very good and not too heavy on computer memery.

The lightweight AVG Free provides protection against the various nasties floating around the internet. I had used all the major crap internet security products...and they r all crap.don't believe in their advertisements.

My hot favorite antiviruses are AVG Antivirus, Kaspersky Antivirus and ESET NOD32 Antivirus. The AVG Antivirus is very user friendly Antivirus. Its options are too easy and understandable for new users. And its Daily Live Threats checking system and Daily Update System are the salient features.

why? if PTCL and Warid's clients in their MSC and BSC are running those then there is something
and besides since 2 years my systems has not crashed due to any virus or attack.

Pros: Effective against viruses, Free, autoupdate, does Not slow your system (like norton)
Cons: some spyware may escape but downloading 'SPYBOT Search n Destroy ' takes care of those.
