Yea ok.
But a bigger note this seems to be a cultural problem. I ve seen some Tv shows ..even cricketers interviews ..where people try to mix english with urdu which is insane specially when they cant even speak properly. I watch spanish tele dramas..french..some russian ones and i dont hear a single word in english even wen they can speak it. I come across pakistani drama and everyone trying to force english into every sentence ..it sounds poor.
I can't really understand. oh well

alex i didn't get u..wut r u trying to say?? i am forcing english like some drama ppl do?? i know i have seen ppl do tht and it really sucks...it pisses me off..but srry i dont have good urdu...its cus i speak english more than urdu...so i kinda get stuck sometimes when using urdu...

Arsh I think hes not being weird, he is absolutely right on that.
Let me try and explain you Alex, there could be two reasons why people do that
1) They have kind of inferiority complex about english, so they try using english words in urdu although they dont know proper english but they think if they add a few bits and bobs from english into urdu, somehow people will get impress with their skills.
2) case 1 is not always true, some people have an equal exposure to english as they have to urdu, they are as good in english as they are in urdu so sometimes during converstaion if they cant find an appropriate word in english but their brain registers the equivalent word to that particular urdu word they spontaneously utter that word in english, so its pretty natural if that happens to most of the people.
Third reason is most genuine, i-e if you dont know urdu properly and you want to write or speak in urdu then you would have to use few english words to convey your message.mystery seems to be the victim of this third reason, so never mind atleast she is putting effort in writing urdu and doing that she is having an opportunity to learn more about urdu, which is +ve.
I agree that it is not ideal that urdu should be mixed up with english.

thnx Mr. Ugwaraich for explianitaion...yea its good tht i am trying...and to be honest i have learned alot of urdu on this forum...few months back i didn't knew how to write or read single urdu word.... now atleast get roman urdu very well..but still get stuck sometime...and i am Srry abt tht...i am working on it...but i can't just learn whole urudu in one day...

n i agree with u to much extent on ur point(s).. though i dnt ve any prblm hw ppl speak as long as they r speaking up their minds... as i heard thr s common saying here... 'Bol k lab Azaad hain tere'...so ppl r free to speak the way they like.. n so r u... i m okay with both
bt actually u misunderstood me... actually ... i ws saying Alex s wierd nt bcz he pointed out this lingo. thing... bt cz of hs unique intrsts(u know in spanish.. roman etc dramas). .its really gud... bt it isnt tht normal(may b its quite normal for u n others ) ..u know... so it ws just a light comment on tht

I've found out..technically you can't annoy someone if the person does not wanna get annoyed. hehehe. I do not annoy anyone. Everyone around me tells me im so not annoying n im so nice lol

alex its hardest thing for me too...i read it like ten times and then reply...and still sometimes i dont get it..and i have to ask the person to rewrite it in english...its embrassing for me too...but srry i cant help it...
